holy crappoli I found some really old art I made back in 2019-2020 and when Golden wind was getting animated. I made this as part of a series of videos where I made characters where clothes inspired by their stands when I was in middle school. I hope I can find the rest of them looking back on this, it’s really cute. I remember making one for narancia, kakyoin and I think I had a draft for polnareff.

Trying to sketch my interpretation of the chiikawa trio, still unhappy with how I drew hachiware’s hair, but usagi and chiikawa fit what I had in mind.

Watching the chiikawa series is so much fun, the scary bits of the series I like to interpret to be in the same genre of childlike, but mysterious horror as shadows house and the promised neverland.

Concept behind this outfit: A kid that goes around wearing their dad’s coat to feel a little grown up

Trying something new, hashtag drawing characters in styles I’ve wanted to use as a kid. Here’s Senshi in a vaguely emo style. Using Senshi to challenge the edgy style twitch him just being a stocky guy with curly hair, instead of the trademark skinny spider like proportions and frayed straight hair.

Definitely not there really, but I enjoyed drawing it.

A Little Witch Hat Atelier fic idea/brainstorm:

An outsider that is obsessed with magic, but has never gotten the opportunity to get an encounter with a brim hat, who then later ends up creating electricity in an attempt to replicate and figure out how magic works without ever being exposed to the secret of magic.

(Not caught up to the manga yet so forgive me if there are any canonical discrepancies with these ideas, of which there are probably many)

Had some ideas of a group of "fake" hat witches that goes around exploring this idea of electricity, that starts off as a sort of weird group of magic nerds but then eventually over the years they acknowledge that they've been exploring something completely different that isn't magic but still tries to make it do what magic has done thus creating a light bulb along the way. Thus sparks the curiosity of the Knights Moralis.

On a related note as normal people society makes new inventions like automaton toys, steam powered vehicles and such (Because I do believe even with witches that distribute their own creations, there will definitely still be people that will explore science along side the creations of witches) I'd think the knights moralis has to come in every so often to really ensure that none of it is magic.

Actually with the invention of steam powered tech and electricity alongside magic would be a total game changer for both witches and normal folk, means less usage of spell ink for things that can be done with ten thousand gears and a spring.

But of course such a big collaboration could never be done without some brim caps running around.

This is kinda long and I went on a bit of a ramble, um anyways my original idea I had for all of this was a story between a scientist or inventor that is really passionate about magic that one day gets targeted by the knights of moralis that sends someone to go undercover as a normal civilian. Hijinks ensue upon realizing that it isn't magic but still too novel of an idea for the knight to go home just yet.

The knight ends up sticking around with the mental conflict of wanting to stay but also not knowing how to bring up they're a witch without the other interrogating them.

every ending for them I think of is a bad one, at best bitter sweet.
