Today was a very hard day...today marks the 1 year since my Daddy passed away. I found myself angry because I had to be at work...but I know my dad would have wanted me to go to work. Lol he was a hard working man. I grew happier and happier is the day went by. Little things started reminding me of you, familiar faces, favorite songs, and how funny you were at time. This year has definitely made me grow. This picture has many special reasons to my hear for so many more reasons than one. I miss you here physically , but I always feel you spiritually. I laid low today because I didn't want a million phone calls and texts saying they're I'm sorry to hear that and stay strong. But this is not a sad time. It's time for me to rejoice in his memory and think of all the good times. Trust me I'm fine, there will be days I still cry but trust me Im still strong. Love you Daddy...Rest In Paradise 😔🙏👫

I had the honor of meeting this beautiful young lady. Her name is Isabelle and at the age of 11, she is the worlds youngest fashion designer. It made me cry to see such positive things coming from someone so young where kids these days lack such motivation. She motivated me by showing me off at 11 she can travel the world, that I can too run my own makeup company. Kudos and many blessings to her!! 👗👚🎽👘👖👠

2 Blessings today. A Hispanic man gave me $20 for helping him pack his groceries and them an elderly man, whom I was having a great conversation with gave me his little New Testament book!! It's the small things that get me every time! #GoodSamaritans

I started mine on Instagram and on here with the same name gain2lose Being in the public eye kind of gives you a celebrity feel because people are going to constantly be on your page looking for new results and tips. It's all about building yourself up and also motivating others. I feel so special when I get constant encouragement from strangers and loved ones. So I walk into the locker room last night as I was leaving the gym. I was literally the last to leave lol and this note sat at the top of my locker. It says "You are loved, You have a purpose, Be at Peace, Push forward & Prosper. Dear Stranger, Good People Don't always have to finish last. Encourage one another. Love, another stranger just trying to make this place better :)" and of course I teared up 😥 lol good people are still around and I loved this so much. I don't think it was intentionally for me but just placed randomly for whoever would find it. I think I will start doing this. This type of encouragement is a blessing and does motivate somebody who could be potentially giving up. So thank you stranger for this it was absolutely beautiful.
