the 3D reality that you're currently living amongst, is always going to be a capture of the past.
look around your room. every single item you've collected within it is an echo of the past, even if it's something you've obtained yesterday. your bedsheet you acquired for your birthday last year as a gift from your mother. the flowers in a vase on your bedside table that your significant other got for you last week, that have started wilting away, but they're still beautiful nonetheless. even the mascara you just purchased an hour ago. it's not in your view, it's stored in your vanity, but it's still yours nonetheless, correct?
in this life, most of what happens occurs within the realm of the unseen.
one of the greatest examples of this, is pregnancy. the act leading up to pregnancy is one that belongs to the seen, and the unseen world, and only takes one moment. just one moment, and a woman's body has the ability to create an entire human in her womb without us ever visibly seeing the true process with our own two eyes. we just know, her stomach will continue to grow for nine months as the baby develops inside of her, and voila, the baby is born.
the body you're building profusely in the gym every single day? you don't exactly see the change right away with your own two eyes, except for the sweat dripping down your forehead, and the tension in your muscles. but in the quantum field, every time you show up for your body, you're filling the gap of the version of you that has your dream body more and more. you're directly down that path once you keep up the discipline of being this version of yourself, therefore, your dream body belongs to you. you're doing the work, so why would it not belong to you?
the unseen realm is the one that truly holds the power. if you identify solely with the 3D, external reality, you're simply living amongst a facade, because it is not giving you the entire picture. you can look in the mirror after your first sixty minute workout that marks the beginning of you choosing the identity of having your dream body, and feel disappointed by what you see. you can pick at what you see in the mirror, pick apart every "flaw", and decide that it's a lost cause, because you don't see your results right away.
but, that's silly. because the external, again, is simply just the past. instead, you can look in the mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and understand that you don't have to identify with what you see. you can love yourself at every version, because you understand that your true nature of having your dream body is actually what you identify with. and so you decide, your external doesn't hold the answers, only your internal ideas tell you what is real, and what isn't.
so you continue showing up to the gym every morning with a set routine, you show up even when you're tired because you're inhabiting the identity of having your dream body. and what is the person with your dream body going to do? they're going to get up, show up, and do everything necessary.
of course, do not neglect your external reality, it's simply just an extension of your inner reality. but understand, whatever is external, always started internally, never the other way around.
