fashion woman has a mouth similar to iceman (ruby spears version) which glows when she talks
scrap woman knows how to repair other robots (even creates some on her own and/or reprograms the wily robots that used to work for dr. Wily to become allies to Megaman)

Thinking they could either make an appearance or two and that they work for dr. Wily before their next appearance as he attempts to scrap them, the power went out (due to plasmas lighting ability) and were snatched in the dark by scrap woman and once the power came back on they were nowhere to be found and were repaired and reprogrammed by scrap woman
they still remained as DLN-00A and DLN-00B due to still being owned by dr. Light
the golden armbands were meant to cover up the broken suit as some robotic parts started to show and was also given a cloak as scrap woman wanted to make him a bit mysterious
