you know the hyperfixation is extreme when you are willing to learn an entire craft and become a slave to the animation industry just so that you can make content for it. i would put my blood, sweat, and tears into animating all of scum villain if it didn’t also grind my soul into a million pieces.

THE familiar scent of Hikaru filled Yoshiki senses, the hug felt warm, Hikarus body felt warm, familiar, alive. Yoshiki gladly returned the hug, letting his head fall forward on Hikarus shoulder, his jet black locks decorating his plain white button up.
“I'll see you later, yeah?“ Hikaru pulled away from the hug, a little hesitant. In truth, he wanted to keep Yoshiki in the hug but he unfortunately had practice.
“Yeah.“ Yoshiki replied simply, he too was hesitant to leave the hug, maybe a little more than usual. He wondered why.
He looked at Hikarus face, his white messed up spiky hair, his happy pretty blue eyes. 'The sun is shining on them just the right way.' Yoshiki remarked in his mind, too shy to even think about saying it out loud. His own greyish-brown eyes slowly left Hikarus, making their way onto their lips. They lingered there for a second, possibly a bit to long.
“I really gotta go now...“ Hikaru sighed, a underlying whine in his voice quietly echoing in Yoshiki ears, snapping him out of his dreamy, zoned out state. “Oh, yeah right.“ He nodded his head, saying goodbye to Hikaru with a practiced wave of his hand. Hikaru reciprocated the wave, a warm, loving smile creeping up on his face, eyes wrinkling as he did so. Yoshiki stared at him a moment longer. 'Wait... What's happening..?' Yoshiki wondered, eyesbrows furrowing in confusion and slight fear as Hikarus face deformed slightly, multicolored weird floating tendrils escaping his face. They lingered in the air for a second before making their way onto Yoshiki skin.
The tendrils covered Yoshiki mouth. He struggled but succumbed to the tendrils.
YOSHIKI woke up in a cold sweat, sitting up quickly. He looked around, hand moving to cover his face in search of the tendrils. They weren't there. Luckily. He sighed, eyes watering up slightly. He leaned back against the bed, head dropping onto his cheap, used-up pillow with a quiet hollow thud. He turned to his side, curling up, hugging the blanket placed between his legs.
He snuggled up into it, holding it to his mouth to muffle his pained cries. “Why did you have to die on me?“ Yoshiki wailed into his blanket, tears staining the pillow underneath him. He curled up wrapping an arm around his own shoulder. Holding himself tightly. He curled up more.
OH god, how we wishes to hold Hikaru one more time, just like how he did in the dream, possibly longer, differently, closer. But, the real one.
