Heckin addictive fic!!! And the ace qpr? I have never seen a qpr represented like this before!! To be honest I haven't seen an ace relationship like this anywhere! Ever! Thank you so much for writing it this way, it's given me inspiration for how I want/ hope my own relationship to be. A pet peeve of mine is when pro/anti endos explain what endos are to people who are uneducated. Despite your own personal stance on the matter, whether you think it’s “real” or not, you should still give facts without personal bias to someone who is uneducated so they can form their own beliefs.

our plurality pet peeve is people assuming every plural experience is medical.

"if you suspect you're plural talk to a professional!" "why don't you like being called [medical term]?" etcetera etcetera.

as a disordered plural system we hate it so much. nondisordered and nonmedical systems exist, not every disordered system likes using medical terminology. stop.

"you're faking plurality" isnt the big deal that people think it is... like, unless someone is is actively spreading misinformation, or hurting other people, then i really dont think it matters. if it makes them happy then it makes them happy? i dont see the problem :P

( besides that, most of the people who make this claim are anti-endos, too. )

When our friend assumes that just because he’s talking to an alter who goes by a different name to our singlet name, he’s not talking to same person he was always talking to. It’s always “the one I know by [deadname]”. Yeah, all of us. You knew all of us by that name, that wasn’t just one guy. Stop looking for someone who wasn’t real, we’re right here.

Plurality pet peeve is when plurals put down other plurals for different coping and plurality managing tools (eg: BAH blogs, simplyplural, final fusion vs functional multiplicity), because we're all different, unique, and highly individual in our experiences, and we don't need to be bullying folks who are just managing plurality in their own ways that work for them

No one is forcing you to use a BAH pack, some folks just find it helps their collective function better, and that's okay. Resources can exist without them necessarily applying to you /not directed

kinda building off of your post about littles, but the system community (and some singlets putting their nose where they don't belong) is really restrictive about littles/syskids

i've seen multiple people say that syskids should never be on social media, that we shouldn't reveal our names (which has always confused me, the main problem with people revealing their names online is doxing, which doesn't really apply because most headmates don't use their names irl), that we always need direct supervision from an adult headmate, etcetera

theres an expectation that all syskids are one to one the same as real children, when really syskids maturity can vary wildly! in our system syskids are about as mentally mature as other headmates, just with bigger emotions and childcoded personalities

theres no one size all for how syskids should be treated, but the community acts like there is, and bars syskids from spaces they could exist in with no problem, like confinig them to one discord channel like your post said

idk. im sick of the community not taking me seriously and allowing me autonomy based off a narrow view of what syskids are
