I'm afraid I'll be a lot slower with replying to threads from now on and I won't be able to reply to all of them all at once. College is starting in less than a week and I have to sort myself out beforehand, and when college does start I will inevitably get busier. ;; So just a heads up to those who Yeol is currently interacting/will interact with~
PCY&BBH; SAVING GRACE.
It wasn’t hard to catch on to the stench of alpha trailing after him on his way to work one evening . Baekhyun had been warned many times before by his older brother Baekbeom about the dangers that came with being a rogue — the possible skirmishes between packed members and those of their kind. Not that Baekhyun ever took what his brother said to heart , despite the irking feeling he often got when making his way from his modest apartment to the club. Tonight, however, he found things a lot more different. Not only had that irking feeling been there, but the subtle footsteps — many footsteps — could be heard behind him as well. Walking swiftly in his worn out black leather boots, his dark skinny jeans and black leather jacket, he tried his best to blend into the shadows. His kohl lined eyes looking back over a shoulder through a curtain of ebony fringe, quickly studying just how many footsteps those following him had gained. It wasn’t looking promising , no , not in the least. He found himself quickly regretting his choice of path. Although it had always served to be the quickest to the club, it was also the least lit and least populated. With his own footsteps gaining stride, this pursuers gained as well, and before Baekhyun knew it he was quickly forming a brisk run — praying to the moon that he would at least find some sort of shelter. What he wasn’t expecting is to find it so soon, and in the form of a chest against his face. Having whipped around a corner towards the main road, he was quite startled when he made the initial contact. The tall giant he had managed to run into being his prayers answered. Acting on instinct, and flight before fight, he instantly latched onto the males side, eyes smokey and rather desperate as he glances up. “T-there you are! I’ve been looking all over for you, stupid! Don’t you know you should never keep a good date waiting? we should go—" He spoke firmly, hoping by some twist of fate the stranger would willingly follow his lead, giving him a not to subtle pull as he sensed his pursuers getting closer.
He wasn't feeling well. No, he wasn't. Chanyeol wasn't the type to just say that on a whim, especially not when he was at an important company party, representing the group of rookie actors that the company had decided to train and invest money on. He had excused himself from the said party after much debating within himself, finally settling with the decision of leaving because he felt that he probably wouldn't have been able to last any longer if he'd stayed.
The full moon was up, the moonlight and the shadows embedded on the ground as he walked past numerous buildings made his skin itch. Only a few more miles to go. These were the times when he cursed himself for not having a car. But then again, he was far too antsy to even think about driving one, and he wanted to save what lives would have been lost if he were to fuck this up.
It was one of those nights again, where his very being begged to let out the monster in him, the very form that had killed the only person who had cared for him all those years ago. He loathed the way nature had made him. He hated how he wasn't normal. And if that wasn't enough, he hated how he couldn't even call himself a proper werewolf-- he was nowhere near as strong as his fellow pack members. He was afraid. He was afraid of not being able to belong anywhere.
He'd been far too focused on getting to the woods and away from the city that he didn't realise he'd bumped into someone else until he laid eyes on the bright orbs-- so bright that he could even see his reflection in them-- and the smoky make-up that decorated this man's lids. He was beautiful, yes. But his werewolf instincts were on a high that he couldn't do anything but be defensive, letting out a small growl--
Date? What date? Who was he? Upon sensing that he was another of his kind, he grew alarmed, but it was definitely better than if it was a human who was in danger of seeing him transform right there and then. That would have been chaotic, and the leader alpha would have his head. The man reeked of his own gamma scent, but it was far too 'wild' for him to belong to the other pack, or any pack for that matter. A rogue.
He didn't know why he found himself following the other man's lead, but he figured he would probably take them somewhere where they could fight properly, if that was what the man wanted. He'd been bottling up all the guilt and unused energy anyway. If the smoky-eyed man were to strike, then he could use his energy for self-defense. The man wanted to fight... right?
Again - Bruno Mars
social call ; chanyeol & minki
Minki has found that he rather likes parties. He likes loud club parties because they’re chaotic; they speak to his more feral instincts, he thinks. He likes quiet dinner parties, because those are good for learning; any learning opportunity is good. This party is a bit in between, too slow to get his adrenaline pumping but not slow enough to become boring. Most of all, he’s enjoying it because tonight the invitation list consists of just about everyone who means anything to the entertainment world at the moment, and Minki is beyond pleased to be in attendance.
This is a shining opportunity to mingle not just for reputation sake- but because if there is one thing he’s found that pretty models like to do, it’s gossip. What better way to learn about human society than from the mouths of those at the top of it’s shallow hierarchy? Maybe that’s why he likes humans so much- there is no rank here to be born in to.
He arrives after trays of champagne and liquor begin to be passed out, but before the official toast is made. He’s approached easily and is integrated into conversation with just as much lack of difficulty. He is a hot topic, at the moment, after all. Such a smooth rise in recognition is notable after all- not that Minki particularly understood that at the beginning. No, all he had known was that he took the jobs offered and was paid, simple enough.
Now he smiles over the rim of a wine glass, not really caring for the taste but having politely accepted it from an over eager manager; who’s he’s not sure- his is negotiating terms subtly with a designer, at the moment.
So caught up in the details of an up and coming company, the winter chanel line, who would model it, and a scandal having something to do with some actor who was supposedly sleeping their way into choice roles, Minki pauses. His focus switches, those speaking around him suddenly going dull in both noise and vision.
Head lifting and pupils dilating Minki scans the ball room, barely moving when his shoulder is jostled. He’s caught the scent of someone… someone like himself. It’s a bit surprising, really, and that is why he goes still, skin tingling. It’s instinctive to suspect a threat and he’s on high alert when he finally pinpoints him. Tall. Male. Unfamiliar. There, across the room. The scent isn’t strong at all, but it’s not totally human. Not the heady, intoxicating scent of an alpha and not the pungent scent of another omega, he realizes it must be a gamma. A few more drinks and Minki might not have noticed at all- that worries him.
He needs to go and scout out exactly who and what he’s dealing with, and so he suavely excuses himself, sifting through the loose clusters of people and stopping by the bar, lingering there and eyeing the other man from under his lashes with the pretense of making himself a cup of coffee. It’s only when he has to pause and turn down the polite offer from someone- maybe a host? -to prepare the strong drink themselves, that Minki loses his sights on the other. That doesn’t sit well with him. He panics.
Chanyeol hated parties. He hated how crowded it got, hated how more often than not the music booming through the speakers never failed to give him a headache. However, he kind of liked how it gave him no room to think, no room to ponder over his life's purpose-- his very existence.
He hated small talk. But funnily enough, it was what he was best at; especially after years of training himself and years of convincing himself that he could fit in with the humans, and that he was anything but a monster.
Here he was, moving from table to table and trying to be as meaningful as possible with the way he spoke, which really just ended up being nothing but empty words like the the empty glass he was holding. Guess it was time for a refill of his juice. He was never great at handling his liquor. Sometimes he was so bad at it that it was capable of transforming him into his monster form. (It would be better if he avoided that.)
Snaking his way through the crowd of people, on-screen and behind-the-scene celebrities alike, he made his way to the bar to ask for a refill of his juice, trying his best to sound as casual as possible. He felt as if someone was watching him from afar, his heart speeding the closer and closer the presence got.
He was tempted to look around, but doing so might have attracted more unwanted attention; for whoever-- or whatever-- was watching him may have been a hungry rogue or someone from another pack looking for some entertainment for the night.
He swiftly collected his drink from the bartender as soon as he'd finished refilling it, his eyes dying to scan the room but his coward of a heart forcing them to stay put. He fled at the speed of light, making his way towards the exist and out onto the balcony where he could hopefully seek refuge in the moonlight and the way it seemed to embrace him-- even his sin from years ago.

If Kibum had to be honest, seeing the young gamma looking at him warily gave him a sense of deep satisfaction. At least, he thought, all that time spent polishing his exterior helped to make him look someone who should be feared instead of mocked.
"He’s Kim Kibum," Minah said with a smile. "He was wondering how is that you found your way in here–"
"I can ask my questions perfectly on my own, Minah," Kibum interrupted her with a polite smile, though it was enough to make her glare at him for a moment and whisper a small ‘Be nice to him’ before she gave Chanyeol a tight smile and ran off somewhere else. "I saw you and I thought at first that you were a wolf with a mission Yunho himself had given to you," he said as soon as they were alone in the corner, bright hazel eyes shining as he looked at the younger man.
Standing to his full height, he raked Chanyeol with his stare, and then raised an eyebrow as he crossed his arms against his chest. Turning to look at the people working around them, he took a moment to stay silent.
"The broadcaster is investing a lot of money into this. If you mess it up, there won’t be second chances, no matter how much the crew likes you already," he said, sharp and low enough for the younger werewolf to listen. "I hope you know very well how to hide yourself, because if you screw that up too, it won’t be Yunho who will make you suffer, but me. Is it clear?"
He could tell by his scent that he was nothing but a mere omega, his wolf instincts telling him that he had nothing to fear; for this man was nothing but show-- nothing but a mere omega. Sometimes he felt he was too nice, because he couldn't bring himself to look down on the omega before him, not when the man's piercing stare was boring holes through his very existence.
He shifted awkwardly on the spot, leaning his weight onto one foot but taking the action back quickly upon realising it might have been a little disrespectful. His manager's words still rang clearly in his head, after all. Watching the two people bicker in front of him, he smiled awkwardly. That was soon wiped off his face though when the piercing stare transitioned at the speed of lightning into what seemed to be more of a dangerously sharp glare. He felt his heart drop to the pits of his stomach when Minah left soon after, too.
Great, he was alone.
What he didn't expect was the intimidating omega to speak of his leader alpha straight away. "No, nothing of the sort. I'm just... an actor. None of the werewolf business right now." He admitted, his supposedly intimidating height not really of much help, what with the way the other man was assessing him with his eyes.
The man got straight down to business soon after though, and he didn't know whether to feel relieved or a thousand times more terrified at the series of threats thrown at him if he messed this up. "Y-Yes, sir." He croaked out, hating how he seemed so small before the omega when he should have been the one scaring the other. But like he said, this wasn't werewolf business. This was the entertainment industry.
Barriers | Bom & Chanyeol
Bom knew exactly why Chanyeol had been assigned to her. While Yunho had been very welcoming to her, it was a little rougher sailing with the others. Her accent seemed to be the biggest problem, with it messing up her pronunciation and the fact that she mostly spoke properly. Either way, Bom was far from in the dark about why someone would be ‘assigned’ to her.
Nothing he said caused her smile to fade in the least as she shook his hand gently. “Let’s go sit down somewhere, and grab some tea or coffee? I’m a little hungry too…Are you?” She was doing her best to stay as bright as she could, her head tilting to the side curiously. “I found a nice restaurant around here…It’s really private too.”
The way she spoke was actually quite endearing more than anything else, and it made him grow fond of her by the minute-- because she was different. Like a breath of fresh air? Something like that. He didn't have much friends, simply because he didn't have time to make any real ones, although it might have been a little more complicated than that.
He smiled right back, feeling the awkwardness fade slightly as he brought his hand back down to his side after she shook it. "Tea would be nice, yes. And now that you mention it, I quite fancy eating out, too." He replied, his head leaning forwards a little; indicating that he was more than interested in getting something to eat. "Private sounds good. Just in case, right?" He chuckled softly, arm motioning for them to begin walking. "Lead the way."

Coffee Rings. | Chanyeol & Kyungsoo
It had been one of the first times he’d stepped out of the pack territory since his accident, but he felt like he was ready to do so—he’d sharpened some of his senses, and as long as he wasn’t trying to bathe or wash dishes he should be fine. His hearing allowed him to catch people walking by, cars coming, the ticking of the crossing light in the city.. it was still quite early, so he doubted it’d be too busy out anyway.
Another pack member had tagged along though, one of the adolescent pups, holding his hand and walking along with him. Being mostly useless with other chores, he’d been put in charge of pup duty, which wasn’t too bad, since he was able to transform into his wolf form and be able to see them on and off, play with them, get out some of his pent up energy from not moving around much as a human.
The boy had left him at the coffee shop, meeting with a few friends in the city and hugging him goodbye, he’d be back in this area in a few hours, leaving Kyungsoo to get used to his surroundings. Seating himself at the familiar cafe, one of his old coworkers brought out some coffee and food for him, greeting him excitedly—he was also of his kind, but a rogue, like his mother, so Kyungsoo wasn’t too worried. Offering a half-smile, he took the mug and brushed his thumbs over the edges of it, feeling the heat roll off—but it was a couple going by that knocked it out of his hands, making him jump and wince even before the mug shattered at a stranger’s feet, the couple looking back to him with a frown but carried on. Shitheads.
"I’m sorry," he mumbled, gripping the metal table before leaning down to press his hand over the shattered porcelain, managing to not wound himself as he picked up a bigger piece.
gammaxchanyeol
For once, he'd actually decided to give himself a break. And what he meant by a break was to stop by a coffee shop for breakfast before he headed to his filming set. It wasn't that he actually had some filming to do today, but he figured it would be good to observe the main actors and hopefully learn from them in order to improve the way he portrayed his own character.
He refused to admit that it was only a petty excuse to get away from his true identity, as well as the guilt that gnawed at his conscience and the nightmares that plagued his sleep almost every night. He wanted to feel human again. Not necessarily a real human, but perhaps someone who wasn't a murderer...
He gave his usual order of a latte (and what he meant by usual was once every few weeks), managing to charm the human girl working on the other side of the counter with his bright, but unfortunately not very real smile. He was about to head back out, not really the type of person to dilly-dally and stay to sit for a while, until he heard the smashing of a mug, not realising it was right in front of him before he felt some of the hot liquid seep through his shoes. It wasn't really that painful.
He looked down to see a small man picking up the shards of the shattered porcelain, his eyes widening when he saw him plan to pick up another piece with his hand at a weird angle that would surely leave him with a bleeding hand. "Be careful!" He said warningly; not really knowing what to do properly with the lack of time to prepare. He set his cup down on the table before swiftly moving to bend down and grab the other's hand tightly to prevent him from picking up the piece, another piece of porcelain that he didn't notice was there scratching at his wrist in the process.
He was the one who ended up bleeding before he knew it, but this was nothing compared to what he'd done to someone else in the past. Smiling bitterly to himself, he let go of the hand that he didn't know he was still holding. "You should be more careful." He told the other man quietly, now moving to pick up the rest of the pieces with his bare hands despite the stinging of his wrist.

"He’s a good acquisition, don’t you think, Kim-ssi?", one of the stylists asked after catching him in his staring at the young actor in front of them for quite a few minutes. "Everyone says he has it in him to be a star given the right moment. Personally I’d totally eat him up."
But Kibum wasn’t thinking along the same lines as she was. Park Chanyeol had become relevant because he could smell what he was, where he belonged to.
At first Kibum had thought that Chanyeol had been sent by Yunho to keep him in watch after that discussion they had had a few days ago. But Chanyeol hadn’t done anything that confirmed his suspicions. Actually, Kibum thought, he looked just as surprised as Kibum was by the whole thing.
"Mhm… who was the one that made his contract with us?", Kibum asked. He knew some other rogues worked in the industry, and he wondered if he should pay them a visit to know how the hell had they ended up hiring someone who was clearly in a pack. "Was it Lee? Im? Kim?"
But the stylist shook her head. “It wasn’t them. You will have to ask him, though, because more about the issue is unknown to me. Why? You know him from somewhere? Is he bad news?”
Kibum sighed and pushed his glasses up and back into place on the small bridge of his nose. “No, nothing like that. I just want to make sure about every single detail about him. The Chief is personally concerned about the young man since the TV is siding with his position as a new actor. They will make a lot of investments in him so we can’t have any loose ends anywhere,” he mumbled, eyes fixed again on the young man as the stylists were finishing to apply spray to his hair.
"In that case why don’t you ask him himself?" she said cheekily, whistling at the young man. "Hey, Yeollie! Come here to say hi!" And if looks could be able to murder someone, Kibum would have fulminate them both with his glare.
He wasn’t exactly paying much attention when he’d entered the room, his eyes focused on his manager relaying the instructions they’d been given, merely bowing out of politeness as a constant wave of people passed by him with various props for different shows being recorded on different floors.
He was honestly so nervous now that his manager had explained what the whole trip to this company’s building was, his manager telling him that this was a big opportunity that he couldn’t let go of. ‘If they say there’s lots of fish in the sea, this is the biggest fish of them all’. It dawned on him at that point, his manager’s attempt at an analogy encouraging into doing just like he’d said— to catch this fish. With both hands.
He was ushered over to a corner, the sudden movement making him take in a small whiff of the air, and that was enough to tell him that there was another one of his kind in that very room. His wolf instincts wanted to kick in by turning his head to look for the said being, but he stopped himself from doing so, afraid that he’d appear afraid. His instincts also told him that this was an omega, but he’d been wrong quite a number of times already. (Was he even cut out to be a werewolf?)
The call to his name was sudden, snapping him out of his thoughts. He turned to where the sound had came from, realising that the person who called out for him was someone he was quite familiar with already, hence the somewhat endearing nickname that only people he knew him well enough would use. His attention on her didn’t last very long though; his eyes automatically drawn to the person— or should he say the werewolf— next to her. He could tell by the eyes. He could tell by the way the other man was eyeing him, disassembling every part of him as if he were a machine.
Not having a choice but to walk over to them, he swallowed a bit of his saliva, already thinking up of things to make small talk about, though something in his mind was bugging him— as if the werewolf he was approaching was someone he should know…
"Noona, hello. And hello to you too, sir." He greeted them, not forgetting to bow with a courteous smile, though he had a feeling that his smile was cracked at the edges that day— and he refused to admit that it was because of the intimidating man in front of him.
