when somebody is like "i didn't eat lunch today i'm SOO hungry" and everyone acts all symathetic, and i'm just over here thinkin about how i never eat lunch OR breakfast
things to do instead of bingeing!
- paint
- have a dance sesh in room
- make some tea
- watch a movie and make friendship bracelets
- take a nap
- go for a walk
- take a bath & do a spa night w face masks and all
- paint my nails
- try out a new makeup look
- play guitar
- play a video game
- watch a gross mukbang
- draw a picture of a nearby object
- go thrifting (inspo to lose weight and not binge)
- upcycle some old clothes/thrifted clothes!
- make jewelry
- read a new book
- search up spotify and find some new music for a new playlist
- watch youtube
- yoga (especially hot yoga, motivates me to treat my body well)
- go record shopping!
- risky but sometimes making cookies/baked goods for others makes me feel good and prevents me from bingeing if i give them away within a few hours
if you STILL want to binge:
-brush your teeth and wait 10 minutes. You won’t feel the strong need after giving it so much time for thought
- watch supersize vs super skinny
this is just a reminder for myself, but feel free to use these yourself

I used to have anorexia
I was 6’0 an 115lbs

When I decided to recover I thought if I ate I would never fuckin stop and I would turn into this giant pig monster thing
Im fully recovered and I dont know my exact weight cause I dont fuckin use scales
But I aint fat
I aint a huge pig monster thing
Im actually still pretty fuckin skinny because I dont eat junk food that often
You have enough control to fuckin restrict that much
Then you have enough control to maintain a healthy weight and not go overboard w it
Love yoself
Cause I sure as hell do and it feels great
Thats my mf wisdom of the day
Top tip:
Don’t fall into a binge cycle.
Even if that means consuming a few calories over your calories limit.
Even if that means eating something that wasn’t planned.
A few calories look scary but won’t keep you away from your goal.
Constantly binging will.
Try your best to prevent that from happening and find what works best for you.

Progress
So now Im at 46 kg/101 lbs, Im getting there, losing a little bit more every week, Im starting to shake, to feel the hunger disappear, my ribs are starting to show, just a little bit. And Im doing an 18 hour fasting everyday, which is really hard but so far is going good, I drink a lot of coffee and tea.
Anyway, I found this poet, Sean Bonney, he wrote: “Im going to tell you how fearful I am about food, I chew it 30 times then spit it out, it disgusts me, Im losing weight I don’t care, when people tell me Im losing weight I tell them so what, the sun, the sun too is losing weight, is the lower the cosmos, I actually do say that, I cry every time I say it.” The poem is name “Our death”, its an amazing poem, you can listen it on Sound Cloud, it made me cry.

✨no eating past 7:00pm or before 9:00am
✨eat all of your meals in front of others (if they’re concerned about your eating habits)
✨turn down the temperature in your house
✨don’t eat over your bmr
✨go on speed walks
✨exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday (3 ½ hours at least each week)
✨have a journal to write in
✨look at thinspo
✨keep tempting food out of the house
✨cook your own meals/ avoid eating food prepared by others
✨stand more/ sit less
✨take time to stretch
✨brush your teeth often
✨weigh & measure your food extremely carefully
