Stratt: This is Dr Grace, he’s… not my assistant, some other word.
Grace: I’m her carer.
Stratt: Yeah, my carer. He cares so I don’t have to.

On the local news today they said that they caught a guy who was attacking people with a sword.
Bad for the people who were injured obviously but how often do you see sword crime these days?
So you're telling me Bernard Woolley takes everything Very Literally (especially sarcasm and idioms), and he can maintain a lot of information and details about very hyperspecific things and recite them verbatim, and he struggles to pick up on certain subtle social cues and often misreads the room... And you think he's not somewhere on the Autism spectrum?... Okay 💅
I love Bernard he’s such a little dweeb. was watching the writing on the wall today and jim said something like “we’ve got it in the bag, this will really rock the boat” and you can just hear the RAGE in Bernard’s voice, like he’s gritting his teeth, when he says “you don’t put boats in bags”. adore this man.
"Be not afraid" you say to the startled angel as you crawl out of its shower drain. It doesn't know how you got there, or whether you know what those words mean. It doesn't like the thought that you know that you frightened it. Maybe you've just heard those words before and assumed that that's just the sound you're supposed to make when you greet someone.
What if the reason Rocky adds "question" and "statement" to the end of his sentences is not because of Eridian grammar but because he can hear the reasonably monotone text to speech voice and decides that it would be impossible to tell the difference between the two because Eridian is such a melodic language so the tonal difference between a question and a statement is quite severe and important so he's making the difference abundantly clear cause them being practically the same couldn't possibly make sense.
