Photos Reveal The Full Spectrum Of Autumnâs Colors Â
For people of the Northern Hemisphere, fall is officially here. The leaves are turning brilliant shades of orange, red, every shade of brown, gold and yellow; farmersâ markets are beginning to sell colorful carrots, peppers and pumpkins; the trees in the parks are all in different hues, creating a wonderful atmosphere with this huge explosion of color.
To celebrate the rainbow of colors that autumn brings us weâve collected some beautiful photos that highlight the transitioning colors of autumnâs leaves and harvest. Source:boredpanda

How did you get through nursing school? I am confident that I want to be a nurse and I know that I could be a great one but I hate nursing school. I hate the way they teach and a bunch of their policies. We don't start clinicals with actual patients until the summer semester. I graduate next December and I already can't stand it.
I hate to say it but nursing is made up of a bunch of policies. Straight up half of my day is spent following policies and protocols to make sure my patients are safe. It may just be school you donât like, which is fineâŠmost people hate school. But if following policies and orders is whatâs making you miserable I would do some soul searching. Also forgive my inability to be nice and sugar coat things because Iâm exhausted and simply donât have the energy
P&P exist, for the most part, to protect patients. There have been numerous instances when I've had to advocate for my patients or stand up against the unit culture and all I had to fall back on were the organization's policies and procedures.
There are going to be managers, leaders, doctors, and other nurses that will pressure you to practice in an unsafe manner, not because they wish to do harm, but because they're pushing for productivity. The pushback when advocating is unreal sometimes, but as long as you've got the P&P on your side, fight fight fight.
So if you're already tired of policies and procedures, it might be time to take a semester off and really figure out if nursing (and maybe even healthcare in general) is the right fit for you.
If it's just the method of teaching, then grit your teeth and get through it. If it's just your school's policies that are frustrating, again, grit your teeth and push through. However, if it's the hoops you've got to jump through as a nurse at the hospital, you might want to reroll the dice.
