long-time lurker who recently got back into wof + other fandom stuff and i want a blog to post my silly art <3 My fav characters are turtle, sunny, jade winglet, willow, tamarin, and umber, and I love turning other fandom characters into wof dragons :3

whenever i think about her i always think about Winter, and the redemption-style arc he got with the jade winglet throughout arc 2. i always wonder if she could have been awarded the same grace if she had survived, or what the winglet would have looked like if winter had died instead, or if they both survived.

It feels like we could've gotten a cool arc with her if she was still around, and maybe got to learn more about her. She's so comparable to Winter with them both being standoffish, cold, and snarky, and having very similar dispositions in book 6. she was clearly having to deal with having her identity tied to battle and war, and #jademountainslander they did NOT have the resources to help her or others with that... anyways it makes me sad to think about how Winter got the chance to be closer to the group and change as a person and find different meaning in the world and she never did :( end of thought
