oh to be strolling on a grassy hillside in the spring, picnic basket and gingham blanket in hand, a classic novel in the other, the warm breeze billowing through the grass and the trees and the flowers, my hair floating around my face. lying on my back with the sun in the distance, leaves tickling my arms as i read my book on the picnic blanket, imagining the lives of those so elegantly brought to life through literature. chilly lemonade in a foggy glass, ice clinking as i sip it while reading and admiring the flowers and plants around me
