Nothing to see here just two strangers girls who started to forming a strong relationships about acceptance and liberty to express their feelings at each other without fear while destroying patriarchy in an allegory of a fairy tail about the prince and the princess.
those westerns finally make sense now. it’s like honey i’m going into town. i’ll pick up sugar, flour, beans, salt pork, bullets, and kerosene. do you want a bolt of calico? some maple syrup? i’m taking the wagon i’ll be back in three days
me an my housemate have been wearing big old hats when we walk into town + bandanas round our faces. the other day I saw a butch girl in the corner shop and she tipped her snapback at me; I blushed a little at the scandal of it all, and have been thinking of her non stop. truly..... it is a wild country out there....

I hate when people won’t let me say I “grew up ugly” in peace. “You were never ugly” YES I WAS. Leave me alone boys used to ask me out as a joke, girls used to call me cow or big bitch and make fun of my clothes. I might not have been “ugly” but I grew up being taught to think I was.
You know, this is my most popular text post and it bothers me how many people relate to it. We didn’t deserve that. This is me sending you love/good vibes. We’re gonna be alright.
People have said this to me throughout my adulthood and it’s so invalidating. When someone says they “grew up ugly” it’s because they were mistreated as a child (a CHILD!) for not satisfying beauty standards. However they look now, they’re talking about real pain they experienced, and they deserve to be taken at their word.
remember when instead of touchpads laptops had those keyboard nipple things

This is how the poplars burns in the park of Cidacos de Calahorra (Spain)
The easiest way to clean up the fluffy material so it doesn’t kill the lawn is to set fire to it. It’s densely coated enough that the fire spreads easily but it’s very light and airy, so the fire doesn’t burn hot enough to set anything else alight or kill the grass. The white stuff on the ground comes from cottonwood trees. The trees uses its cotton-like seeds to spread its seeds through the wind. Since the seeds are dryer and have a lower flash point than the grass the burn up first to fast for the grass to catch.
