Okay I'm pretty sure an grumpy, ugly, old man created the concept of being homophobic because he couldn't find some love. I mean who else go out there (even though many peps are living like that openly) and suddenly says "ew they love each other that's wrong"... WTF?!

So my hetero best friends always ask me why I get so excited about "everything gay".

So I was totally excited that Elsa could be gay in Frozen 2 (I waited for that movie since ever) and my friends always asked me why it's such a big deal for me. The answer ins easy: as a kid my parents were quite homophobic even if they didn't want to and I never saw a homosexual couple till I was 11 or so. A Disney movie which represents a gay character would show little kids that it is indeed normal to love the self gender and to imagine that a little girl/boy/whatever sits there and thinks "oh so I can be like that and I am not abnormal" brings me to tears everytime I think about it.

Don't get me wrong I totally love that Elsa is a independent woman but it was still a big hope I had.
