KYLO REN:
Was there not one person in this entire galaxy who could just take a job, and nod silently? Apparently not. “They’re busy bringing peace to the galaxy.” His eyes shone with annoyance, a clear indicator she shouldn’t ask anymore questions.
Keeping the conversation short and quick, Kylo had no time nor energy to waste on such a thug, he spoke: “That device has all the information you need on your target. Name a price.”
“Starting price is 25,000 creds.” She harrumphed quietly at the way she was being gazed at, her amber eyes still narrowed ( but was it out of fear, or was it exasperation? ). Kalani really wasn’t too happy with not being able to discuss plans, timing -- mortality. Still, she pressed on anyway, even if it was one single question.
“One more thing,” she began, keeping eye contact with Kylo.
“I’ll need a contact for when the job is done unless you’ll have time out of your very busy day to meet with a lowly mercenary.”
