MEG

       A moment of silence as the name sinks into her brain, memories from old scriptures  && ancient literature she skimmed across. GADREEL. she’ thought this angel was dead, she was told he was lost to the world that the angels made him suffer for letting Lucifer into the garden.  “ I drink to numb my pain –… i bet you’ve felt your fair share of pain huh?”     she asks standing up moving behind the bar leaning over it ,  filling his glass up with the strong whiskey she was sipping on, reaching over and placing one of those little umbrellas in it.  “ I call that little cocktail ‘ ode’ to people who are meant to be dead ’ super tangy with extra bite.” her fingers playing with a straw looking at him. “ you shouldn’t blame yourself ya know , Lucifer is the most manipulative bastard in the universe …— he would of made it into the garden .. it was gods decree .. it was always gonna happen the way it had happened sucks you got caught in the middle.” she said trying to sympathize with the angel  “ i mean it wasn’t that big of a mistake … i’ve done worse…”

           The whiskey tasted like FIRE and he hated it, but it was a nice sentiment. He finished it in one, then pushed the glass back to her.       “ A GUARDIAN who cannot guard is like a DEMON who cannot corrupt. A bank without currency. A jail with no LOCK. In short, WORTHLESS. ”

          He wasn’t so desperate as to go looking for pity from this creature of HELL, but maybe, just maybe, he could feign ignorance long enough to stand the company. He raised the bottle to her.       “ To the ALIVE ones. ”

okay but an au where muse a summons a demon of lust to have their first time with; it’s all fine and dandy, transaction’s made, they probably break the bed, muse a is properly deflowered and when they wake up the demon’ll be gone. great.

except muse b, the demon of lust, thinks the apartment is pretty neat and decides to stay. it’s like having an unwanted roommate. a cocky, lusty demon as roommate.

first. he touches you and you light on fire. your wrist blazes where his fingers meet your skin. the burns don’t show, but it’s hard to breathe with ash in your lungs. it’s so hard to breathe. you’re suffocating daily. second. it hurts to watch him. he shines. he’s brighter than the sun, he’s too beautiful for your eyes. it’s hard to look at him. it’s even harder to look away from him. you’re going blind. third. your ears are tuned to his voice. you could pick him out in a sea of thousands. his voice makes pretty singers who sing pretty songs sound dull. his voice makes everything else sound ugly. fourth. the color of his eyes is blue enough to drown in. he is turning you into a clichéd love-wrecked being. you’re drowning, always sinking. down, down, down. fifth. you know him. you love him. through a thousand lifetimes, across millions of stars, you’d find him, you’d never leave him. you love him, till death do you part.
