Vi does not like Jayce. 

At all.

Whatsoever. 

After she learned about what happened between him and Viktor, she lost all capability to trust him. She works with him fine -- she just can’t find it in herself to cooperate with him past a good-natured nod of the head. 

Vi is far too loyalty and friends-first oriented to really relate to or condone Jayce’s actions regarding Viktor. While Vi doesn’t totally understand what Viktor had done to deserve Jayce’s executive action, she doesn’t really need to. On her own moral compass, Jayce is a villain.
