Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract until well combined. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
