All for One's Real Plan

I find it disturbing All for One wanted Tomura to be the next /HIM/ since mha59, and we were lead to believe that it was possibly because his own body was failing him.

But even with training he didn't instill any real values of health, hygeine, or physique in Tomura. You'd think he'd want to create a perfect "next him".

But, All for One really just wanted to BE Yoiichi, anything to emulate his brother, create his brother, anything.

Looking back at All for One's full story it was just so clear that he really didn't have some grand goal or scheme, it was paper house after paper house, that got soggy and crumbled away to reveal this weird fantasy of his and it's like... jfc what a villain.

Hell I knew that when it was revealed he took Touya off Sekito Hill and then DIDN'T BRING HIM HOME, a feat which (if he also gave up a stockpiled healing quirk so Touya wouldn't burn as bad) would have ABSOLUTELY bound a man as duty driven and obsessive as Enji into repaying him. At a time when Enji would have, if possible, killed All Might for a KLONDIKE BAR.

At so many points he could have been the mastermind he straight up pretended to be and he just..didn't bother. He bullied people and assumed it always worked and that was his downfall from start to finish.
