Rules for a Happy Life
1. Focus on the positive, not the negative.
2. Live your life one day at a time.
3. Donāt be afraid to say āI love youā.
4. Be someone who gives to, and who nurtures, others.
5. Look for the good in everything and everyone.
6. Prioritise your time, and do what matters first.
7. Donāt sweat the small stuff, or let stupid things upset you.
8. Set healthy boundaries in relationships.
9. Keep on dreaming, and invest in your dreams.
10. Let go of worry and anxiety.
Real happiness indeed š¤
I am in the process of positive changes.
It was always fullfilling to take care of other people and receive appreciation from them. The nursing profession taught me to be brave, patient and be joyful at all times despite of the hardships in life. Long live the nurses out there! š©š»āāļø
Itās pretty ironic how people get mad when you treat them the same way they treat you

Telling Urban Stories from Venezuela with @revistanow

(This interview was conducted in Spanish).
āWhat matters to me, what inspires me, is the people. Thatās why I do so many portraits. I try to tell the story that no one sees, that no one knows and that no one wants to see,ā says Ernesto PĆ©rez (@revistanow), who works as editor at a digital magazine in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
Ernesto often takes pictures of public transport buses, which are colorful but overwhelming. āI live in a city where you get 112 degrees Fahrenheit [44 Celsius] at noon, so using public transport is a tough experience. Iām interested primarily in those feelings, in the expression of those on that transport system.ā
āI take pictures of buses without air conditioning, where everyone is standing up. Thereās an infernal heat. There are also other cars known as carros por puesto [public transport cars that fit up to 5 passengers], which are vehicles from the 50s that smell like gasoline,ā Ernesto says.
Ernesto says his images represent a unique kind of beauty. āIāve always thought that Iām disturbing peopleās tranquility on their Instagram feed,ā he says, adding, āI try to capture what it means to be in a city, I try to focus on peopleās feelings. I like to get to know people on the streets. My city, my country is passing through a difficult moment and I am not trying to portray it in a bad light. I am trying to find beauty in places where it is difficult to find it.ā
