I was getting my emo fit on today and I haven't dressed up in a while because I've been regenerating my energy after my first year of college. My dad walks in the bathroom and looks at me funny so I said something like "What? did you forget I'm a freak?" and he said "No and I was a freak when I was your age too." My mental health controlling what I hyperfixate on is really funny because I've been obsessed with Margaritaville and jimmy Buffett which is so random but now it's something i enjoy. Now my current depressive episode has gotten me focusing on Michael Jackson to distract me from my thoughts but his life was actually really sad so it just makes it worse. Send help i can't stop being hyper focused on this.

I also feel like as many times as I reach out to friends or family about my mental health, no one takes it seriously. Do I have to scare you to get your attention? Because I'm already scaring myself.
