it's kind of good that people are worried about data collection because it lends more voices to the backlash to age verification but it's really not about the data to them, from what I can tell they do delete it and only edge cases were leaked as they took a special method to process and we're outsourced (still awful don't get me wrong), the actual point and impetus behind this is control over children. it's a fight against the independence some children have been able to gain through the internet age. they're looking to strip away all rights of children because to them children are property, and they'll do anything to keep it that way
