         Padmé had been expecting Anakin and Ahsoka to meet her at the landing bay, so a look of surprise passes over the senator’s face as brown eyes land upon the Mirialan. “Master Unduli,” she greets with a nod, attempting to mask her disappointment. “Padawan Offee. Thank you for meeting me.”

Luminara looked at the young woman and then inclined her head at the greeting. However she could see she was disappointed but she said nothing. She was far too polite for that. “It’s our pleasure. Anakin and Ahsoka send their a apologies.” She said with a soft smile. Her sapphire eyes showed nothing as she looked at the woman. “How was your journey?” She asked softly. Barriss was looking around her to make sure it was safe. “The senate will be meeting shortly.” She advised. Her eyes narrowed slightly. She felt something odd surrounding the senate. Not that she would say it.

“Why does he succeed? He has a plan. Sounds stupid, but not many people have one.”

Anakin winced slightly, crossing his arms. “Do you really think it was all planned, Master?” He looked at Luminara. “The Republic has needed a determined leader for a long time, and I think that Senator Palpatine is the right man in the right place.”

Anakin rolled his eyes. He wasn’t blind, and he could easily say if someone agreed with him or not. The expression on Luminara’s face showed clearly what she was thinking about his opinions. However, he decided to keep it to himself, not wanting to argue with the Jedi Master. ‘Obi-Wan would give me a lecture again.’ He thought.

Considering the Republic’s situation, Skywalker stated that Palpatine was the right choice for the Chancellor. Maybe even the best choice. Anyway, they all could have their doubts. Time was going to tell the truth eventually. “The situation is rather strange, I can’t deny, though… We shouldn’t accuse him yet, Master. Palpatine is not a bad man. I’m quite sure about that.”

Luminara scowled at the young man. She did not mean to wear such a sour look on her face but she could not help it. “Anakin you are blinded to his faults. No senator or chancellor ever meddled in a Jedi’s life but he seems to be by your side and quite close to you.” She said her voice was quiet. She was calm and she knew she had to make the boy see sense. Her sapphire eyes showed nothing but concern but she was worried the boy was being led astray. “We must live a life of detachment Anakin and you seem awfully close to Palpatine and the Senator of Naboo.” She indicated with a soft voice. She would have to bring this up to Obi-Wan. He had to realise this. 

Her sapphire eyes looked at the boy’s face her mouth was a thin line. Her hands were clenched for a moment. “You risk becoming easily lured to the Dark Side. I tell you this as a teacher to a pupil.” She told him with a frown on her face. She had to wonder if he would take what she said. “I will say no more on this matter. How is the training coming?” She asked trying to change the subject. She felt the need to do this.

There was an interesting air to this strange woman, a reserved elegance that Natasha could definitely appreciate and envy just slightly. The Widow could feign elegance, but she truly wasn’t or at least she believed anyways. There was fear beneath that air, Natasha could see it, almost smell it. It made sense, she’d be afraid too if she woke up in a strange place in the company of a stranger. Though perhaps it would be less obvious, then again maybe to most people the display of this woman’s fear wouldn’t be, but Natasha was a spy and tended to notice most things with people, even strangers.

“You’re on Earth.” That was a strange question to ask, but then again there this woman was no doubt an alien of some sort seeing as the only green skinned being around Earth, that anyone was aware of was the Hulk. This woman was definitely not a hulk sort.

Jedi Master? Okay, that was new. “Natasha Romanoff. Nice to meet you.” The redhead offered a friendly smile then moved to check the security cameras of the bunker. Sooner or later she would have to leave here, someone would notice it was running and with that wicked storm that could be any day now with clean-up crews. But where to go from here was the question, though one she’d worry about a little later.

“You’re… not from around here are you.” The way she was looking around, but Natasha wondered if maybe she was from one of the other realms Thor liked going on about.

Luminara heard the question and then shook her head to show that she wasn’t from here at all. Her sapphire eyes were focused on the young woman her face showed nothing but concern and a little anxiousness. “I’m not no. I live on Coruscant normally.” She told Natasha. Her mouth thinned as she realised that she wasn’t going to be able to get home any time soon. She needed to be back there as soon as possible. “You don’t seem to be from this location either. This is hardly the most homely of places.” She spoke softly. This was not a bad thing but she was used to temporary living situations away from home. Her gaze looked around her with a more curious nature. “Why are you here? There’s nothing for miles.” She spoke with a frown. She glanced at her communicator and then pursed her lips. It was broken. Her blade was still stuck to her blet thankfully. It seemed all right to use. 

She ignited the blade the strange humming sound coming from it. The green light reflected on her face. She then moved into a defensive position the blade held up ready to strike. She moved in gestures that would have kept an enemy paces away from her. It was a defensive form of battle and she had to make sure the blade worked. “Well...at least my weapon is still in working order.” She muttered. Her sapphire eyes were focusing on the skyline. She then turned to the woman and offered her a calming smile. “You seem to be rather tense, what’s happened?” She asked the young woman. Her powers let surface feelings and thoughts filter to her. She frowned and took off the communicator and then wondered if she could fix it somehow. 

If she could fix it someone could locate her and collect her. “You don’t happen to have tools to fix this would you?” She asked. Her face broke into a smile. She intended to look after this young woman as much as she could. She always felt motherly towards others. She always looked after those who needed help from her and Natasha would be no different. “Have you had enough food? I do have some rations somewhere.” She spoke softly looking at the thin woman critically. She then had the decency to look abashed. “You’ll have to forgive me, I have the terrible habit of mothering people.” She admitted.

Hux froze more than she’d like to admit when the saber came up to her throat. She was used to sabers but not this close. “I only know that Kylo Ren killed the jedis in training. And I know he has a band of force users as his knights. I don’t know anything else! The first order does not actively look for force users, the knights of Ren is the ones that you want to interrogate.” She shouted struggling against the . “Let me go you bitch,” She resumed her kicking at those words.”

Luminara heard the name and then frowned. She backed off from the woman so she didn’t keep getting kicked. It was starting to irritate her. Her sapphire eyes were fixed on the young woman. “Language.” She muttered as a subconscious gesture than anything else. “I would appreciate it if you took me to where this Ren is.” She said her voice calm. She made sure her blade was away and she let out a deep breath. She didn’t like to be violent if she could help him. Her brows were knitted together in a frown. “If you don’t I suppose I’ll have to resort to violence once more.” She said her voice was resigned. She never liked being violent towards others.

Something that sustained,and supported others was frowned upon in the old order,and she could see how odd the idea would be to the Mirialan.

Luminara looked at the young girl with a frown marring her features. She did not understand what had gone on since she had been out of the public eye. Her sapphire eyes narrowed for a moment. “He remade the Order?” She asked. Her voice was curious but the concept was not exactly sitting well with her. “How?” She asked with a soft voice.

      The towering man raised an eyebrow at the woman who stood before him.  His fingers itched to seize his hilt and ignite the red blades, he was ready for whatever she dared to throw at him, if she dared to throw anything at him.  He looked deep into her sapphire eyes and a single word left his lips. “Jedi.”

Luminara looked at the male with a frown on her features. He did not seem to be the most trustworthy of people. “I am a Jedi yes, how clever of you to observe that.” She spoke dryly. Her eyes narrowed for a moment as she looked him up and down. “I’m here on a diplomatic mission so I do not intend to cause any trouble.” She advised. Her mouth pursed and she felt extremely cautious. She did not like being caught unaware.

Luminara entered the Jedi temple and looked around her with concern flashing in her sapphire eyes. She soon located the one she wanted and approached him looking rather flustered. Her brow was marred with a frown as she took a deep breath preparing to speak to him. “May I speak to you Master Kenobi?” She asked her voice was worried and she seemed to be a little distracted and her thoughts were racing quickly and her shoulders were tense.

“NO!!!! The guilt is too much! Stop it, Master! Let me go! Ungh!” Jan tried to escape from her grip. But it was no use. He would have to use the force in a different way. Jan, whilst still in the midst of her power, with his Force powers, grabs Luminara’s lightsaber from it’s place on her utility belt, and let the ignited blade impale his gut.

Luminara looked at the boy with a look of shock going through her features. She then knelt beside the young boy. The blade was moved away and she began to heal him slowly but surely. “Stupid boy!” She spoke with a soft voice. Her sapphire eyes were blazing with intense anger and annoyance. She did not want to lose him. “Come on Jan.” She spoke softly. She didn’t want to lose him now. It would made her heart break.

Hux kept kicking at the woman, trying not to let her get trapped by the enemy. “Go fuck yourself,” She shouted, lips curling at the patronizing comment about her language. At the question about the jedi she laughed. “Which ones? The ones that were killed 10 years ago? Other ones? I don’t know what you’re talking about?” She snapped, trying to save her own life, but not wanting to crumble too fast.

Luminara moved back and then let her lightsaber spring to life. The blade was put close to the other woman’s throat. Her tone set the Jedi Master on edge and she wanted to make sure the answers were given. “I want you to tell me everything you know. If you don’t I shall make you pay for every drop of Jedi blood that was spilled.” She spoke calmly but her eyes betrayed that she would hold off on violence if she could. Her sapphire eyes narrowed and she then licked her lips and then frowned for a moment. “Once I have the information you can go back to your master.” She spoke with venom now. She could sense everything going around her now. She would have to find the jedi who remained. They should be easy to find now.

She gave the other knight a small smile. Shaak never understood as to why she shouldn’t have had faith in what the other had been feeling. The force worked in it’s own mysterious ways, and there was no reason as to how Luminara was feeling would be invalid based off if Shaak had detected the same thing. It probably had everything to do with the level of confidence she was at currently. “I think Master Yoda would be our best option. He knows so much more about the force then I believe I’ll learn in my lifetime.”

At the mention of the senator it was hard for her to hide a shudder. Something about that man made her feel uncomfortable. She never dwelled on it more then need be, but the mentioning of Luminara’s own feelings about him made Shaak focus on her own. “The senator has always felt peculiar to me. I do not know why, but his closeness to the Skywalker boy makes me unnerved.” Her tone was hushed and calm, gentle enough so that no one else would be drawn to their conversation.

Luminara heard what Shaak had said and then nodded her head to show that she felt the same way about the Skywalker boy and the Senator. Why the two would be close was beyond her. They had barely known one another before now. Her sapphire eyes narrowed as she thought over it. “It makes me a little unnerved too. The senator has shown no interest in anyone but him and perhaps the senator from Naboo.” She spoke quietly and calmly. She saw a group of younglings run past cheering as they went about a game. They often played games in their spare time from the lessons. “Master Yoda did have some reluctance to train Skywalker...or so I’ve heard.” She confessed. She had heard it through some of the council members. 

She then drew to a stop to Master Yoda’s room. She could sense the master just behind the door. He seemed to be meditating. Luminara glanced at Shaak her heart thundering loudly in her chest. Her mouth went dry as she thought over the situation. She was sure that the master would believe her and Shaak but it felt odd to admit it. “We should let him know. Maybe he knows what’s going on.” She spoke softly. The door opened and the master looked at the two without anything showing on his old face. Luminara felt her mouth dry as she looked at him and her words seemed to be stuck. It always happened from time to time especially with the nature of what had happened.

“I was scared. I was 16 at the time. I wanted to live life; I didn’t want to die so young!” Though he saw Master Unduli’s physical composure on her face, Jan still thought she was lying. “I can’t do it. I can’t live with this. I can’t have her haunt me for the rest of my life. The guilt is true, Master. And it’s eating at my soul. I must end this.” Jan gets up and runs towards the window. Since this floor they were in was 4,000 ft tall, it was a good opportunity for him…to kill himself. Just 500 ft was enough to snap his neck and smash his skull. What would 4,000 do? He didn’t care. He wanted to end his suffering. Jan was currently running really fast. He didn’t need a lightsaber to blast through the window. Just the sheer acceleration he produced was enough to smash the double panes. It was time.

Luminara at once threw her hand out and used the Force to stop the movement. Her gaze was grave and she looked physically pained. Her sapphire eyes then narrowed and then took a deep breath. “Do not be foolish Jan. What could will you death cause? It won’t bring her back.” She spoke her voice was gentle but contained some pain. How could he think that she would let him die. She had already lost Barriss she did not want to lose anyone else too. It made her feel somewhat desolate. “You won’t repair things by being dead and I won’t let you kill yourself. You need to live.” She spoke her voice was calm now and she let out a small breath. “Will you sit down if I let you go? I’ll hold you there as long as it takes.” She advised. It was expending some of her energy by in the given situation it was needed. Her sapphire eyes were still narrowed and she felt a little better now. She would save Jan where she wasn’t able to save Barriss from her demise.

Natasha had been on the run for a couple of weeks now, but it felt like months. The last thing she expected to have happen was something weird. Well, she probably should’ve expected it. There had been a bad storm that evening, why she had picked the flat farm land of the US was beyond her, but she had. Well, she figured no one was going to bother her there and it was an old SHIELD bunker, no one was going to sniff around that.

She was pretty sure a tornado had blown through when she shuffled out of the depths of the bunker to check on things with debris everywhere and then she had spotted amongst that debris the figure of a woman. After checking for vitals, Natasha couldn’t simply leave the oddly dressed green skin toned woman out there like that and so she had brought her back inside the bunker.

“Oh good, you’re awake. I was getting worried.” She moved to offer her some water. “You’re in the middle of Oklahoma and you’re safe that’s all I can tell you right now.” Or rather that’s all Natasha felt comfortable in telling her.

Luminara looked at the woman and then rubbed her eyes for a moment before she accepted the water. She drank some and felt a lot better than she had done. A sense of panic built when she was told that she was in Oklahoma. She had no idea where that was. All she could tell was that the air was breathable and the planet had life. She took a deep breath. “That is a relief. What planet am I on? I’ve never been near this one before.” She spoke. The last she recalled she had been on a planet controlled by the Hutt family. They were not the kindest of beings that was for sure. 

Her sapphire eyes glanced around her. The area seemed nice enough but she could not sense any force sensitive beings. That frightened her more than she would care to admit right now. “I’m Jedi Master Luminara Unduli. Who might you be?” She asked. The planet seemed to have the Force surrounding it but there were no Jedi here. She swallowed and wondered if this was before the Jedi had appeared and had become a larger body. 

She sucked in a deep breath and then drank some more of the water. She did feel a little hot in her robes but no more so than any other planet. She shifted her weight and then got to her feet. She brushed of the dust from her clothing. The area seemed to be covered in debris. She was glad to have survived but now it was the case of getting home and back to the Order. She had left at a critical time and she felt guilty for that even though she wasn’t sure what had caused all this to happen.

Her own expression was soft, lavender eyes gentle as she listened to what the other had to describe. What the younger knight had described was definitely familiar, a dark waving within the force. Maybe it was due to her duties, maybe it was a fear of what she’d feel, but she had not spent a lot of time meditating. Most others who could feel things with the force were just as worried as she had been, so they hadn’t tuned in to it. Luminara’s mentioning of it made her all that much more aware of the negativity.

“Yes, I have. It is not loud, or harsh, very passive. Subtle almost. Slow. I have not been doing a lot of meditating, and that may be why I haven’t noticed anything over powering.” She gave her friend a small smile, gently squeezing her arm with the hand rested against it. “Do not doubt your own abilities Luminara, you did not become a Master Jedi for no reason.”

Luminara gave a nod of her head to show that she understood. Her sapphire eyes fixed on the other master and she took a deep breath. “Thank you for having some faith in me. What do you think we should do?” She asked. Her voice held some worry about the situation. She knew that they could not just leave this standing. Something was happening and if they left it too long there would be trouble and it would be irreversible. “We should speak to someone... Master Yoda perhaps?” She asked her voice quiet as she walked. She did not want anyone catching wind of this and panicking. Not before they had a plan. 

Her gaze was cautious and then she let her expression clear. It would do no good to dwell on it. It would lead to fear and that path was never an option. Her thoughts however was trending towards fear. “I suspect that Senator Palpatine has something to do with it. He has a funny feeling. Similar to what I’ve been feeling now.” She spoke quietly. Her Padawan had indicated that she had felt something too but what that was she couldn’t tell and Barriss could not explain it either. Not in a sensible way.

     “Are you sure of there? All I don’t want is to get lost inside that place. Who knows how many of them are there. I’m – not that good, you know.”, there was no place that she really knew except for Jakku. Rey knew she was going to trust her life in that source.”

Luminara looked at the young woman and then offered a quick smile. She had ever confidence in the information and Rey’s ability to handle the situation with ease. Her sapphire eyes were fixed on the young woman. “I don’t doubt you can handle the situation. The information I’ve got is correct and we must act on it. I’ll be with you.” She spoke. Her sapphire eyes narrowed and then glanced at the area once more. “Let your senses pick up on the numbers and the feel of the place. You can’t go wrong” She told her.

Luminara’s grip did not let go even when the strikes hit her leg. Thankfully the boots she wore took most of the impact. Her sapphire eyes were fixed on the woman’s eyes and she let a frown flit across her face. She did not agree with using fear as a tactic but she would have to. “Language young lady. I won’t let you go until I get answers.” She informed the young woman. She wanted to know what had come of the other Jedi. A sick feeling was in her stomach as the feeling of the dark side swept over her. “I want some information General. What happened to the Jedi? I suggest you answer or I’ll remove your head.” She spoke with a firm voice. Her lightsaber was clipped to her belt but she would be able to reach it and keep the woman pinned against the wall.
