Personal collection notes: series 1 small plushies, I would like to have Firestar, Scourge and Brightheart. I can tell for the series 2 plushies I'll want Cloudtail, Jayfeather, Rusty and Sandstorm. For the series 1 figures I'm still looking for Sliverstream, Cinderpelt, Firestar and Spottedleaf. I'll probably want all of the ones from the series 2 figures. I have an extra Graystripe I'm going to customize into one of my cats and Squirrelflight is perfect for one of my other cats. I want to wait until I see who else is in the series 2 figures before commenting to using any of the others as bases for my other 3 cats. If they make a Tallstar figure that might work for one. The Feathertail figure has a good potential for being another one but there may be a better fit. The charms are really cute but I'm not sure how many of those I'll want.
Cloudtail or Tawnypelt both could work as a base for one of my cats, I'll have to see them in person to be sure which one would work best though. I finally got all the series 1 figures which is excited. I don't see any that work for my last two cats. Jayfeather could possibly work for my Siamese mix but I would need to remove the staff and adjust the front leg. If they have a Tallstar figure that potentially be very good. I may need to rework Scourge for my Bombay but I'm hoping one of the mistery ones will be a good fit.

Work in progress: Giant furby, she's going to be pink
We're about to have a 6th Furby generation
I really like the blend of the cutesy modern look with the older classic style
I hope they lean into the more fun and varied colors like the furblets with Vibes or at least more options outright than Hey Furby had.
P.O.V. your girlfriend has turned into an ice cream
much to think about
character's I personally want to see in Hello Kitty Island Adventure (though I kind of want near every sanrio character added)
Some handmade Furbys and a custom
I forgot to post my third mcdonald furby custom when I finished him so here he is now (plus a group picture of some of my collection so far)
So I've been playing My Time at Sandrock after I finished my PC save for My Time at Portia
And so I have thoughts and no better place than the internet to express them (right?)
I'll do a post about head canons for both the games later but I just want to talk about the romance options because,
I'm sad that none of the lady romance candidates look unconventionally pretty. Like most of the boys look like they are suppose to be some type of conventionally attractive but between more diverse options and having 3 unconventionally attractive guys it sucks the girls don't even have 1
Plus all the married women would have been great romance options! Like Dan-bi is still conventionally attractive but she's really cool, Krystal is a very cool lady and I would sweep Mabel of her feet if I could
Do love that only like 6 of the characters are white of the 20 you can romance as opposed to Portia's almost 50/50 split in their 28 characters you can romance
Not to say I'm not glad there are some ladies who seem like they are in their late 20's/30's since older female characters aren't usually an option but it's really brought down with Elise whole "I'm definitely an adult" bit while being very much not an adult
It felt like Portia ladies were allowed more "imperfection" though that might be because they hadn't developed the current art style or still were figuring out how to make the game models at the time. (Like old art of Emily vs the DLC outfits Emily art it seems they made her prettier?)
My Time at Evershine literally is further away from my dreams of unconventional baddies
WTF
Made the skunk furby plush into the tart tangerine furby coloration
According to the Furby wikis they were working on possible other Furby Friends (like Shelby) including one called Slitherby
They had no images for them (or the other friend mentioned Fishby) So I had to design my own
This is the Slitherby friend I just finish making (modding a regular snake plush so I wouldn't need to make it from scratch)
I do have plans to make a fishby of course and I'll post that once I've completed a physical one
I made a tiny Shelby from some plastic seashells, clay, fluff and a generous amount of hot glue
It's about 2.5cm tall
Does anyone know of any patterns for 1998 sized furbies that don’t have the faceplate hole? I’m trying to start sewing Radiowave, but need to make a mock up before I actually use the nice furs (both of which I need a pattern for).
I'm not sure about full sized furby patterns but I know @pocket_furbs and @daftfurby have furby buddy patterns with out the a hole for the face plate
The way to size a pattern up or down is pattern grading however personally I just scale up and test it on scrap fabric (partly because I like tweaking things outside of the sizing)
(image from melly sews site where they explain it more, but a lot of sites/people offer explanations for pattern grading if you have the time/energy to look into that method)
This is Cordelia
I modded a bumbumz plush into an oddbody furby (I'm calling this style a plantby)
