Innisfree Green Tea Membership Kit Autumn 2016
Just got my membership kit from Innisfree for Autumn 2016 this year and as do all other membership kits I’ve received in the past, Innisfree never fails to impress.
Today is Hangul Day in Korea where we celebrate the creation of Hangul. In commemoration of this, the membership kit was specially made where all words on the packaging are in Hangul, instead of in English like they usually are.
Stars. Wind. Clouds. Autumn came a little by little.
Anti-aging mask set!
I’ll probably let my cousin try these:)
The full set consisting of foam cleanser, essence, cream and sheet masks
If you don’t hold on to me, I’ll leave
I’m more amazed at Innisfree’s production line being capable of designing and producing customised packaging and bottles in a small quantity. Hmm potential study topic much? Hahaha. Since the membership kit is only given to green tea club or VVIP members and it’s a one-off thing with absolutely new kit concepts every 3 months. I’ve always wanted to try the jeju halla and jeju lava line I’m so happy!!!
KGSP FAQ
Hello! The time of the year has come again. KSGP undergraduate applications are open from September to October. Check out Study in Korea’s official announcement regarding the scholarship application.
I’ve received numerous ASKs about the study plan. Once again, I’ve given a detailed description of what will be good to include in your personal statement and study plan, so do read that if you have similar questions. Do also go through the KGSP Tag, as most questions that I’ve answered about the application process can be found there. Other than that, I have also compiled a list of FAQ which you may find helpful.
Once again, sorry that I’m not able to go through every single request related to the study plan and application process and I hope that the information available here will be helpful. Good luck to all applicants this year!

Soul Food: Kimchi Jjigae Had this super craving for some when I woke up today! There's a place near me that serves very good kimchi jjigae with lots of meat, refillable rice and ramyeon for only 6,000won. Have a nice Sunday~
Fluorescent Bowling
The only thing I did during the Chuseok Holidays other and eat and sleep was bowling. We went to the fluorescent bowling place near Edae and it was really really fun. I don’t really bowl (definitely less than 10 times in my life) and we made a bet that the loser team would pay for the bill. Hold and beyond my team lost TTTT So we paid for all 6 rounds but nevertheless had lots of fun.

I think my bowling skills improved from an average of 40 to 60 LOL. Generally I’m bad at every sport that exists. Would totally bowl again with my friends again next time!!
How do you actually convert the GPA (from your A levels) into the CGPA? My school grades student using MSG so it's super confusing for me. Have you heard of scholars who don't have super stellar results but still got the scholarship nevertheless? Thanks in advance!
I have absolutely no memory of how I did it since it has been at least 4 years since I applied for my KGSP o.o I guess you just have to convert the letter grade e.g A1>A+ (GPA 4.0), A2>A (GPA 3.7) so on and so forth.
Yes to the second question. Results is not the only factor they consider among the applicants. Explaining why you think you should be awarded the scholarship and describing in detail how you are going to make it work is very important as well.
Good luck!
Hey Mavis, for your course, do you write all your essays in Korean? Just curious haha
Not all. Business has numerous English conducted classes where I’m allowed to write in English. As for the Korean classes I have to write in Korean. Though if I have to take a class in Korean I try my best not to pick one that has too much essay/report-writing cause it’s just too time-consuming TT
