George Salter Academy pupils hit the ski slopes!
On Monday 21st of January and Tuesday 22nd January the pupils who are attending the ski trip at Easter had their first lessons at the Snowdome. The majority of pupils were complete beginners and thoroughly embraced their first lessons. Skiing and snowboarding are not easy sports to master, but in true George Salter style our pupils made it look easy despite a few falls along the way. This will be great preparation for when they hit the Italian ski slopes at Easter where I'm sure they will progress further. Well done to all who went and hopefully it was as fun to take part as it was to watch!
