An artwork I did for my Pony OC, HeartGlitter!~ I got inspired by MLP:EG doll box art.
The pony version is sightly modified for the sake of the drawing, the original lacks of those pink hues. Also this is a rework for her, she resembled Twilight Sparkle/Moondancer.
They're opposite sides in everything, so Rainforest wouldn't last long fused. Fluorite tends to avoid Jasper a lot 'cause she's secretly terrified of her. So this is like, a concept if they ever fused along 😂
Which Drawing App do you use? Do you have any tips for getting into digital art?

For apps, I use Paint Tool Sai 2 in a netbook. I think it is Windows supported only, sadly. So it is only for PC, in other words. And I use a drawing tablet, of the brand XPPen, the Star 03 V2 model.
I also used for a year or so Medibang.
The key is using the brushes you can find more confortable. Also adjusting them to your liking. I have set some that I use for every stage of the drawing I'm making (sketch, lines, coloring & shadows/lights & textures) and most important thing of all, adjusting the stroke stabilizer.
Using small canvases might help you to get to know the viewing of your digital drawing. Start by doing doodles or things you find easy to draw. Also try to explore the layer modes a lot.
In general, at least for my SU-like renders (fusions or gemsonas) I use the binary pen. It allows your lines to be pixely like, but it is useful if you resize your drawing. For other things such as backgrounds and drawings I make I use the default brushes which I customized to my comfort.
I reworked all of Fluorite's regenerations taking inspo. of all the drawings and PNGs I could gather (that survived the passage of time + my multiple accounts deactivations, lol) ~ I'm very happy with the outcome! 🌟
Of course all the fusion art I plan to show soon uses her current design. From now on it's the only one I'll be using. I also gave up on doing her hair shadows since this is only for general reference 😂
What does the fusion of Green Diamond and her Pearls look like?
I think Mint Aura Quartz, Lime Aura Quartz, or Green Aura Quartz would be a good name.

It's been a while since I did something like this, but in light of recent events, I decided to redraw my Gemsona, Chlorophane Fluorite (Fluorite for shorts) and one of her Homeworld counterparts, Blue Fluorite.
Fluorite's been around with me and my journing through art since 2016 more or so to today. Seeing her design used without my agreement was the straw that broke the camel's back. I don't like filling all my drawings with watermarks but I had no choice, either 😅
Some facts about Chlorophane:
Even if she's wearing the star, she is not afilliated to the Crystal Gems. She has her own group of friends that calls family, Harlequin Opal, Blue Corundum, Rainbow Lattice Sunstone, Moonstone & Rainbow Quartz.
Her weapons are Needles.
Though Chlorophane calls herself like that, she is a BiColor Fluorite. In Homeworld she was designated as Purple Fluorite Facet4o2 Cut9x2
She was a field cartographer under Yellow Diamond's court. Defected during the Gem War, she became stranded on earth after the Great Gem Escape to Homeworld. She was saved by Blue Fluorite from being corrupted by the Corruption Song of the Diamonds. This sacrifice corrupted Blue Fluorite.
Fluorite belonged in Homeworld to a troup with others of her kind. They moved along in groups since they are not durable gems.
Chlorophane has the ability of fluorescence under certain sources of light, can shine in the dark dimly for short periods of time and can create small electric fields for self-defense.
She was tracked down after defecting by Moissanite. After a confrontation, Chlorphane's Gemstone was cracked and thrown in a river, being found later by Kornerupine.
Personality: Bubbly, but mantaining good composure, energetic. It's a gem who puts others before themselves, getting them in trouble for that. Has a hard time expressing their feelings, even more if it's about Blue Fluorite hence their abandonment during the Gem War and its subsequent corrupting. She alienates a lot from others but on other hand, she's very good at keeping secrets and someone you could totally trust in, no matter how had the situation is.
It was a great gratitude the day that Green Diamond's court gifted her her own mural. However, it was quickly reclaimed by the planet´s unstoppable nature. It didn't really bother her.
«All hail the ever brighteous Green Diamond!» they exclaimed.
A small peak into Green Diamond's origin. As I mentioned previously, she emerged from a meteorite. The impact cracked it open, making her take her first form. – This is obviously inspired in the first look I ever gave to her!
I don't usually work in full artwork like this 'cause I struggle too much with backgrounds but I did try this time 😅

🎀Pink Conch Pearl: She´s Peach Morganite companion. She found her and adopted her as her Pearl, though it is unknown where she came from. Some gems speculate she didn't even emerge in the same sanctuary as other Pearls in the Colony did.
🍑Peach Morganite: She's an aristocratic gem. She's known in Green Diamond's colony for doing ball parties in her garden. She knows every gossip! She´s quite a pacifist gem.
🌿Moss Agate: In Papaya's words: "She's the top of Green Diamond's soldiers! There wasn't any other Quartz as her. She could move boulders with her strenght and wipe any rebelious Gem to dust. Though, the last thing she told me was that she wasn't quite happy with that!" Her current status is missing in action.
📝Hackmanite: She's in charge of archiving all of the Gem Logs in Green Diamond's Colony. That means, she has to watch their content too, as a moderator. Her limb enhancers provide her the strenght she lacks. She's usually seen in random locations.
🌺 Morganite: Morganite is a natural cheerleader. She does entertain by dancing and also keep up with other gem's morality and loyalty to their Diamond though speeches. Her duty is to make sure that gems under Green Diamond don't defect. Her weapon is a Naginata (a long spear)
🪁 Seraphinite: They are a fusion of a Hemimorphite and a Suntone. Seraphinite's wings of light ability allows them to travel long distances in outer-space. That means, they are explorers and also messengers.
🥭 Papaya Quartz: She's been trained by Moss Agate. Hence the planet that Green rules over is quite peaceful to the small colony that lives there, she's more of a fixer. She can repair anything! Her weapon is a trident.
🎇 Galaxite: Galaxite's an off-colored gem, however she's been accepted into Green's court as any other. Her arms can stretch and grow in size as she needs. She can also see the future.
