It's the June of 2021 and I'm sick of hearing people say "NaLu is ToXiC" lol. Besides, these kinds of posts just make me laugh but when they fight without any strong points it just pisses me off.

Lol So I guess maybe we watched different shows? Natsu clearly told Lucy that he formed team with her in the first place was because she was
“Any relationship [between people who] don’t support each other, where there’s conflict and one seeks to undermine the other, where there’s competition, where there’s disrespect and a lack of cohesiveness.”
So let's talk about NaLu being toxic lol. I've given a definition of what it means to be a toxic relationship. They may be different definitions and opinions about this but I can confidently say that most of them will somehow match with this anyway.
According to the above definition, toxic relationship lacks of support from your partner. It may be physically and mentally. But today I'm only talking about mental comfort and support. Comforting each other when you are having a hard time and being with each other when needed is a sign of healthy relationship.
When they were being overpowered by Hades, they needed mental support from each other. Lucy was there beside him as always, hugging him and he was the one who comforted her when she was scared because they were almost out of strength.
The same thing happened here. When Acnologia attacked the island, Lucy was scared to even think what would happen to them. Natsu gave her the enotional support she needed.
In the GMG arc, when Flare defeated her by cheating she was mentally devastated because she clearly was about to win but RT cheated and they were at the loss of 10 points. But who went and calmed her down? It was Natsu. He praised her for being so amazing and proving that 7 years gap means nothing. He cheered her up by providing mental support when she couldn't forget what just happened there.
In the Eclipse arc, Future Lucy travelled from her timeline to theirs just because she lost all of her friends when the dragons invaded. Natsu without even thinking for a second believed her and comforted her with the forehead touch thanking her for saving their future when she was crying.
In the Phoenix Priestess movie, her heart was broken because of Eclair's death. She lost his mother at an young age then she lost her father when she was sealed in Tenrou island and now when she made a friend who shared the same pain as her, she also had to leave her. Natsu pulled her in his arms and gave her emotional support and comfort by saying that Eclair was smiling when she was leaving.
And in the Dragon Cry movie, when he was fighting Animus he almost turned into a dragon and his appearance fully changed. After defeating him, Natsu was concerned about what he looked like. And who does he ask about his appearance? It's Lucy. She comforted him by saying that he looked like the Natsu she had always known. Which means it doesn't really matter what he looks like to her as long as he's the same Natsu she knows. And at last he falls on her chest.
In Avatar arc, Natsu was determined to bring back the FT guild because he saw how much Lucy loved the guild and how much effort she put into tracking down the members. He was concerned if Lucy was losing faith in bringing back the guild like before so turns around to her in the middle of riding and promises her that he'll bring Gray back.
In the last chapter/episode of Alvarez arc, Lucy was having flashbacks of her adventures with Natsu and she got emotional and hugs Natsu but he was concerned if something was wrong with her and when Lucy thanks him for being with her he says that he also wanted to tell her something but that doesn't matter because no matter what happens they'll be together. Which was a big step in their relationship and that greatly mental comfort for Lucy as she was grateful that they met in the first place.
I know lol I can't make 100% perfect analysis/theories like some people can. And it's amazing to see that NaLu as a relationship is something worth exploring and different aspects of it can be explored. If it was a toxic then I don't think I could say all these things. I love this ship and seriously waiting for it to become canon. I haven't included a single thing from 100yq as it isn't over yet. Thanks for reading this long post lol.
