So I've been sticking to my eating habits consistently and I've been stagnant. I'm eating the calories and exercising 4 times per week and walking in between. I'm not sure if I'm going to lose anything. From this week to last week, I was thinking about it and I thought that I didn't see a change. Actually, I noticed that my clothes fit more loosely on my stomach. Usually the first place I lose weight is around my waist and abdomen. I'm hoping that I can keep going and not quit.
