Haven’t posted in a while (what else is new) but I’m back at it again! Life has been insane and I’ve constantly been working late and missing my classes but I finally made it to a spin class this week!
Some recent gym photos!
Went to my workout Monday before changing, going to dinner, and hitting up the Onyx Storm midnight release!
Just some snapshots from getting back to the gym!
Life’s been crazy so I’ve missed two weeks of workouts at the gym. This week my girls had a lice breakout so I spent every day after work deep cleaning my house and treating their hair. I’ve lost 7lbs in the past month though so that’s a plus!! We also took the kids to the aquarium and insectarium and went to a creed concert this month!
Did some zone workouts with my class this week! Also felt cute in this new denim jacket a friend gave me so thought I’d share a non-gym selfie too!
Another great HIIT class today! We did some resistance band work, Pilates, and zone training!
Excuse me while I take a few days to recuperate from this weekend. The highlight of my weekend was reuniting with my two best friends in the city where we all met while having this iconic experience that brought so many people together!! It’s been three years since I last got to see them and we all met in New Orleans 10 years ago!
Self-care break today! Orientation and being back in an in person work environment has been stressful!
Another great workout today! Plus I got to help lead some psycho-education groups at my new job today!

We went camping over the weekend and then I got my hair done on Tuesday! I finished phase one of orientation this week and next week I get to start shadowing other clinicians!
Another day of orientation at my new job, and a workout afterwords! Been sticking to my points for my meals and getting all of my water in too.
What is your favorite muscle group to train?
I mostly do HIIT classes and the Couch25K program, but lately I’ve been really enjoying all of the arm workouts because that’s where I have the least strength currently!
