Too hight, can't come down. Losing my head spinning round and round. Do you feel me now? ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Credits: Randolph Graham (at SNAPCHAT: ablachejai)
This is what happens when you do parkour in Jeans 🙈😜 Yesterday before training I decided to go on the longest peaceful walk I have ever taken. I'm someone who despises walking, but that is quickly changing. 🚶☀️ Fun fact : I took 20 169 steps yesterday not including my training. #jawbone (at SNAPCHAT: ablachejai)
Double post 💁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shoulder mobility is super important for a lot of tricks including front-handsprings / back handsprings/ handstands.. And over all great for posture and alignment! 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On my top list is the exercises on the first clip: ▪️Lay down on a foam roller carefully placed right where your shoulder blades are. ▪️Slowly start putting more pressure down the roller as you extend your straight arms over head. ( I'm using a 10lbs DB) You can start with no additional weights if you feel more comfortable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️The idea is to constantly push your ribcage towards the floor and try to keep a flat back instead of arching it. You can play with this, bring arms back up and push back down, then hold and repeat. ▪️Another thing I like to do is with the help of my heals and toes I move my self up and down to massage my muscles and help release any tension. Enjoy ✌️
Multitasking ☀️💪
How far up the mountain would you go to meet me again? 🌄#RAW
Money can't buy you love cuz it's overpriced but it can buy you ice cream 🍦🍫🍦 and that's kind of the same thing.. Also ice cream is an important part of a balanced diet 😏(lies) 🙈😜. #justifyingmycravings (at Snapchat: ablachejai)

Yesterday was such a perfect day to Climb up the MountRoyal ☀️🌄 Enjoyed some barefoot light sesh on some relaxing live piano! So magical! 🎶🎹 Had an avocado/coconut/vanilla Popsicle 🍦and met a hot super mom💃 with her 6 year old capoeira beast son! 🏃! Bottom line I had an amazing day with amazing friends, amazing weather in an amazing city! Also watched tracers.. No comment.
Here are a couple exercises I like to do for mobility and stability, they are also great warm up exercises. ⚫️The first one is my favourite: You're probably familiar with this one except it becomes 10x harder when you add the abs roller and resistance bends. This is great for activating all the stabilizers, as well as strengthening the lower back and abs. Try it, you might be surprised on how hard it is to keep balanced. ( don't forget to do both sides obviously) ⚫️The second one I learn from @ryandemonford ! I deal with poor hip/ankle mobility so this move is quite hard for me. I had to add a small elevated surface to even attempt it. If you like compound moves this one will work your abs as well as help with mobility. ⚫️And finally the 3th one is to complete everything by making sure hips are well warmed up. Lift the legs of the floor and focus on making small circles while keeping a flat back. If you guys like these small segments give this video a like so I know and make more.👊✌️
Don't be mad I be doing me better than you be doing you. ☀️🍒
