I will not forgive those who read my words and pass by as if my pain does not matter… My name is Iman, a little girl suffering from brittle bone disease. My small body cannot bear even the simplest fall. Every movement could cause a new fracture, and every fracture adds more pain to my days. While other children run and play freely, I live in constant caution and fear of sudden pain that sends me back to the hospital.

I urgently need a surgery outside the country. This operation could be my real hope to reduce my suffering and protect my bones from more fractures. But the costs of travel and treatment are far beyond my family’s ability. Time is passing quickly, and every delay makes my condition harder and increases my fear.
