Angels (Demons, and other spiritual beings)
Pt. I
The Catholic and Orthodox church have an incomplete understanding of angels (maybe there's a trove of knowledge under the Vatican, but I'm just going off common teachings). In addition to being fully educated on what the Catholic and Orthodox churches, as well as mystical accounts, have documented about angels, it's also necessary to be educated in astrology and other spiritual records to understand them. I have had experiences with my own guardian angel that's furthered my understanding.
This is the first part of what I've learned so far:
- Angels are manifestations of God's will.
- All angels and "fallen angels" were created at once at the advent of creation.
- Each person has at least one guardian angel, whose power/ability to act is determined by God's will; I think Jupiter's placement show where, how, and to what extend one's guardian angel can act.
- At the advent of creation, angels were divided between good and evil. True angels are purely manifestations of God's will, and have His nature, but are limited regarding omniscient knowledge and experience. I don't know to what extent they have personalities or can feel emotions -- they can certainly feel sublime sorrow and joy.
- The other "angels" are spirits of the dark side of existence, and exist to exercise their will within what God will allow. These are demons, but I also believe there are plenty of species of spiritual beings that aren't good, but aren't as hostile as demons are either. Deities below the Almighty God that have been/are worshipped are either demons or these other spiritual entities which have given humanity things in turn for exaltation.
- Demons are extremely opportunistic, and will act in the most effective way to their target. Most of the time, their manipulation is under the radar, but they turn very aggressive and their presence becomes more obvious the more spiritual or detached to the world a person is.
- You really only see horror movie portrayals of scary demonic encounters when being intimidating is the very last option they have. Persuasion is the vast majority of demonic activity, and while demonic oppression is pretty common, supernatural experiences, severe oppression, and even possession are very rare. People with 8th House and 12th House stelliums are most susceptible; especially in Mars, Moon, Neptune, and Pluto. If you have anything in the 8th House, you are very likely to be psychic there, and can perceive supernatural beings better. 12th House placements, particularly Mars, is a magnet for demons; many saints and mystics probably had 12th House Mars, because with this placement, you fight your battles in the spiritual realm. The cool aspect of this is a possible ability to perform exorcisms or chase away demons and other harmful entities; the bad part is a high likelihood of night terrors, heavy demonic oppression, and proneness to possession or insanity.
- Angels, on the other hand, operate behind the scenes the vast majority of the time. Obvious angelic intervention is extremely, extremely rare; the Catholic church broadly does a bad job in teaching this about angels. Too many priests talk about angels as if they will reveal themselves easily if one asks them to, or asks God. This is not true at all.
Angels do not want to be recognized most of the time. When they want their intervention to be known, they want their human to praise God for it. Angels may also reveal their power when their human needs to acknowledge their presence, to encourage them to ask their angel for more help.
