hello all!!

wanted to announce that there is a patreon open for the papercuts comic!! you can find it here, but there isn't any content on there right now, as i'm still in the process of making the first few pages.

i also have an instagram for the comic, which you can find here! again, little content, but hopefully should be more soon :)

i'm about ready to release pages, i should start by the end of this year. i'm still trying to figure out a schedule to be able to work efficiently on the comic and work a full time job at the same time, and hopefully i can do that soon.

I'm on my malevolent relisten rn, and at the moment I think s2 finale is one of the best things I've ever listened to. Arthur and John's willingness to sacrifice themselves for each other? Arthur's poem about the loss of his parents? Lily? “whatever happens, I'll never forget you”? “and yet, you love him”? “I trust you”? “get him home safely”? absolute masterpiece.

btw i framed it as "fun to do" because it actually is fun to do and i think telling people theyre a bad person unless they do something well is generally a bad motivator that tends to make people give up at the first sign of imperfection.

He is waiting for me to lean down, and touch my hand against his side, so that when he keeps walking, my hand skims across his fur. he doesn't really need attention. he has his own thoughts and plans. but after more than a year of living in our home, he has come to expect a moment of kindness whenever he crosses my path. if I don't do it, he will follow me. Or a massively goth dude covered in piercings sporting a giant green mohawk. Cosplayers. SCA reenactors. Ren Faire people. There’s nothing I love more than a pair of handsome young men walking around in Revolutionary War outfits. Just please keep dressing wild and freaky.
