Day 24 - Shikamaru x Shadow Creature

Ol’ Palmer once again! She’s a little candy corn jester thing 🍬 bonus some pumpkin stuff going on with her skirt part. Little miss Palmer is quite fun to draw as always, and maybe soon I’ll get to North Pole too

Really cool lobster boy full of swag 😯 this is just a vision I had 🦞(I don’t understand lobster anatomy), as for this ol’ Maine design I’m thinking on keeping it with my n my gf’s own characters because I like the design I lot! Maybe he’ll be a new separate character or what Old Man Maine looked like when he was younger 🤔 I’ll figure that out later

Bit belated but the results of very important shipping name pool for them two dumbasses are in!

Deadfang (that I've added as a jokey joke lol) has obviously won! We can now all feel truly 90s cool and edgy!

Fangpool won close second place. So I have fun fact for you here. I wasn't sure which sounds better between this and poolfang because for me fangpool looks/sounds too close to fangpol which immediately reminds me of all the tiny buisnesses that sprung up in Poland in the nineties. Alongside all the ones with -ex (export) or -trans- for transport in name. So fangpol would be translated to kiełpol and would just be Polish buissnes buisnessing the fangs XDDD

Third place went to regular spideypool. Which I appreciate since I was worried people would be pissed I'm spamming that tag. Pity that spiderypool wasn't higher though.

Anyway. After that blabbling here is a bonus:

Mayday is going to be so disappointed when she realizes she won't grow venomous fangs. Not like it would stop her (second change of teeth is always a chance?), but still, disappointing.

I personally headcanon that right after the am-i-even-human-now angst (technically no) and before the shock-it-those-are-the-cards-ive-been-dealt-and-im-gonna-use-them-so-efficiently Miguel had a phase of great annoyance because sure, paralyzing venom is wonderfull non violent way of dealing with villains buuuuuut he has to bite them which is both disgusting (better not know where they've been rolling around before) and so fucking stupid.

Seriously, the vampire allegations are the only thing that saves him from looking like a such a dumbass :D

and a little babysitting bonus ;P

Given how the HQ design looks like, the mother hen thing is true. He is just being very tsundere about that ;P

Fun fact: my windows face a playground and some time ago I've seen father and daughter sitting exactly like this. Idk what were they doing but it was very cute so this doodle happened (actually it was in my wip folder for quite some time and I forgot about it till now - thus quick and sloppy rendering & bg combo)

Bunch of wip progress from sketch to lineart to "flats" to end up with all of the effect since my hand slipped and I've went a little bit overboard. But I had fun and I'm quite happy how it looks like :3

They are bonding and Mary Puppins is helping ;)

And we all should be jelly.

(at least Miguel is so maybe they are closer to that dumb triangle than Wade thought XD)

Wade doesn't realize how very, very, VERY task oriented Miguel is (and absolutely not jealous about Logan's claws size) ;P
