i’m kind of amused by the fact that intsys doesn’t really seem to understand what their fans really want

maybe they’re pandering to the japanese audience, but like 90% of female characters with sexy outfits people don’t even bat an eye at because there’s so many of them, but then everyone in at least the english-speaking community flips their shit over seteth’s damage art or shannan being dummy thicc

and then they also really underestimate just how popular the male OCs are. helbindi and hríd both only have one alt despite being really popular characters (seriously, i remember the wave of thirst that hit everyone when hríd was released in 2018). and then at least on reddit everyone was disappointed that they decided to make the book 5 free character female, again, despite reginn being a dude in the original mythology. imagine how popular a male giant wearing something like dagr’s outfit would be

if you’re gonna give female characters sexy skimpy outfits, you better give us male characters in sexy skimpy outfits, you absolute cowards

superimposing the destiel ending onto straight characters is a very fun thing to do i do recommend it. doomsday but rose just doesn’t really come up after that and the bbc aggressively insists the doctor was going to say “i wish you the best my very good pal.” han says “i love you” to leia instead before he gets frozen in carbonite. she doesn’t say anything back and they just don’t bother to rescue him and he’s not really an important character after that. mulder confesses his love to scully, then gets immediately abducted by aliens, followed by two episodes where scully solves the plot problems, eats ice cream, and then dies for unrelated reasons. that’s the ending.
