The amount of times Ive heard "just breathe air", it pisses me off so much, its an ADDICTIVE chemical, anytime I stop or try to quit I get irritable, sweaty, and tired. But shout out to my best friend for cutting back and slowly quitting!

I genuinely feel so shitty, I feel like every decision I make i fuck up, i dont know what I did to deserve this but im sorry, I cant take it anymore, I feel like im losing my mind, im trying so hard not to relapse and get a pill problem again or cut again, ive been off of pills for over a year now and I havent cut in a hot minute but there's a stupid little voice in the back of my head telling me I deserve it and I want it to stop, and the worst part is my friends going off to college on the 7th, im not gonna see him for a while and he makes everything better for me, hes like a father to me, he taught me how to catch and im gonna fucking miss him. I dont know why im spiraling but I am and I want it to stop, I want to be normal
