Mercy: I am sorry for your loss, and that you not only lost her but your cousin and uncle as well. It must have been hard.

Hunter: I did not know her so it was no loss to me but it affected my cousin greatly. Even into adulthood. My uncle and I were never close. He's not a very warm man and only hardened with age. But not all is lost and has to end in tragedy.

Hunter: Now, back to my question. Will you come see me?

Mercy: I apologized but you didn't want to hear it. You are allowed to feel how you feel and if you want us to stop talking then I won't bother you anymore.

Hunter: How so? Am I not speaking to you freely as of now?

Hunter: You can apologize to a person but it is up to the person to decide when they accept it. Simply stating an apology doesn't make the feeling going away instantly. It's just a verbal bandaid.

Hunter: You are my girlfriend. I have patience for you. Which is extremely annoying to me but beneficial to you.

Mercy: Humans are horrible...

Mercy: I don't know how to talk to you and when I am down and feeling low you are the only one I can think to talk too.

Hunter: Which is why I stick with animals.

Hunter: Animals are kind, provide unconditional love, loyalty and are harmless. Humans are the opposite. Possibly the most stressful creatures to walk the earth.

Hunter: Am I only good to speak with when you feel like a failure? I am not very good at consoling self pity, Miss.
