handsy, clutchy, clingy winchesters
why lumax in the second volume is what I wanted to see with byler. literally.
the hospital. the caring. the emotional scene with the admission that the most important thing that brought her back was lucas.
all that with byler...
(I LOVE LUMAX. DON'T GET ME WRONG BUT... you know what I mean)
getting these 2 out of my system
pushing my byler yeehaw agenda
BEAUTIFUL
something something finn acknowledging will as a romantic interest for mike
and what do you think would happen if mike listened more, huh finn? š¤
feeling like-
I'd love to hear your opinion on the way Mike's monologue was shot because as many people have pointed out, it's not filmed like any genuine love convention is conventionally filmed in media. It looks really ugly visually and like something's off (and I've noticed that this happens in every milkvan scene this season, like in the desert reunion they have dead bodies and fire in the background)
i think by FAR the biggest proof of byler from the way they shot the monologue isnt the setting, its not the lighting, its not anything that makes the scene appear āuglyā its THE FACT THAT WILL IS IN THE SHOT WHEN HE SAYS IT!!!!!!!!
there is NO REASON TO HAVE HIM THERE if this scene was supposed to be interpreted as real and authentic. ive never seen any show or movie thats had the other potential love interest in frame during such a critical romantic scene between the couple thats supposed to be endgame. will is literally in the back of mikes mind here. ive said this before but as a filmmaker and a photographer, i am ALWAYS intentionally placing things in the background to better establish the shot. its so huge that you see will very clearly while he says the words āi love youā.
also this is what romantic moments between established couples have looked like throughout the show:
and then theres mlvnā¦
complete opposite feeling than any other scene between couples and this was supposed to be the ābig momentā for them. if it was real it wouldnt have looked like this. el wouldve been conscious and not literally being choked to death, will wouldnt be in the frame, theyd be alone together, it would be warmly lit and and visually pleasing, and they would LOOK HAPPY!!!!!!!!
dare i sayā¦. it would look something more like this.
or this
or maybe this
but idk im just spitballin here
Does this fucking anime expect me to be normal after seeing scenes like this?!Ā HUH?!
