I call this part “Rescue”.

Gideon is dead. And Gwendolyn travels back in time, after she learned how to do it without the help of any chronograph.

We see various whump scenes from before from a new angle. Gwen is trying to change history. But Gideon gets killed anyway. Oh my…

She could not stop the goons from killing her lover, but she can destroy the chronograph and the Graf. After retrieving the holy liquid she uses it on Gideon’s wound.

It works and he lives. They travel back into the future and kiss.
