I saw Kim Taehyung

My friends and I went to Shedd Aquarium today and by the sharks, we noticed this tank overhead where a school of fish were circling. We were all taking photos and videos of them when this loud ass dude slides into our circle of four, literally shoulder to shoulder with me, and says “wooooah” super fucking loud. I was annoyed, because there’s nothing worse than loud men, and was about to complain to my friends that this man came over, practically yelled at the fish, then moved onto the next tank when one of them stared at me and said, “That was Taehyung!” We all freaked out and froze and watched him take a picture in front of one of the tanks before he moved onto the next room. We waited for a few minutes to give him time to get through then followed into the room, we had been waiting to get into it to see the sharks, and walked in to see him watching them. He was with a manager or a friend and a bodyguard who was mean mugging everyone who breathed in his direction. He was damn sure Tae was going to see all the fish he wanted to. I appreciate him.

Anyways, we couldn’t focus on the fish afterwards but it was fine because the sharks were the last things we wanted to see. We had been there for about 3 or 4 hours already. So we walked out of the aquarium and Namjoon tweeted a picture of him in front of a wall which was literally *right* there. So obviously we all took pictures doing the same pose and same silly grin in front of the same wall.

But yeah. That was my brush with celebrity. I’m so proud of army that were there because several were freaking out with us on the front steps but no one tweeted where he was until it was closing. Anyways, I hope he and Namjoon enjoyed the aquarium. The dolphin show was super cute and we touched sturgeons and they feel slimy but it was an Experience.
