all i want is to fast for two weeks straight without feeling hunger and to lose 20lbs in that period of time. i don't think i'm demanding too much from my body.

me knowing iāll never look like my thinspo no matter how fucking hard i try because i was so fat that i ruined my body forever and nothing i do will ever be enough but i keep starving anyway
starvation just has a certain je ne sais quoi
No one told me how much of an eating disorder involves waiting around. Waiting for my next meal, waiting to eat the safe food I bought, waiting to weigh myself again, waiting to be able to exercise in peace, waiting, waiting, waiting.
Same shirt, 23 kg difference
It sucks.
does anyone else get really excited when you're fasting to go to sleep just because in the morning you'll feel thinner and emptier and better? because me too.
Reblog if you feel fat right now.
As my thighs touch.
mother just told me iām so fat, i should just starve myself. i might be trying to, but wow it hurts when someone else says it.
softcore changes that made me lose fuckloads of weight
intermittent fasting (16 hours of not eating and a few normal meals in the remaining 8 hours)
when breaking a fast eat either protein+carbs or protein+fat. try to avoid fat+carbs combo when breaking a fast
swap all normal sweets and treats for grain bars grain cookies organic millet snacks etc (despite the same amount of calories they dont make you gain so much cause of all the fiber. fiber is love fiber is life)
weight lifting and overall strength exercises (bulking up is usually hard af. not only will you look lean and toned but muscle burns a lot of calories so you will burn even on your rest days)
dont be scared of fats. they might be high cal but weight loss/gain isnt just physics and calories in calories out - its biology. hormones babey! high carb low fat diet makes your insulin and leptin go haywire. fats are less dangerous and your cells need them to regenerate!
its better to fast once in a while than to restrict. you will lose more fat and you will keep your muscle. restricting may make you lose muscle and muscle is your friend when it comes to burning fat!
72 hours fast is absolute maximum. after that you may start burning muscle
exercising while fasting turns you into a fat burning machine. dont push yourself too hard though! be reasonable and know your limits
I wish I had as little an appetite as I do braincells
reblog this if you started worrying about your weight before you were 16
fuck this is sad
Iāve been worried since I was 10, and now Iām a 14 y/o anorexic so yeah this is fucking sad
Same shirt! An almost 150 pound difference. 65 pounds until my goal and Iām super excited. About to start working really hard šwhoās with me?
