So here’s the thing…
Working out doesn’t have to look pretty.
It’s all about the fact that you pushed yourself to do something.
No-Carb Oopsie Bread Recipe
I’ve become obsessed with this recipe for bread that, believe it or not, has almost NO carbs. It’s also gluten-free, easy to make, and doesn’t contain tons of fake ingredients.
3 eggs, separated carefully
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp of salt
3 oz full fat cream cheese
½ tsp liquid Splenda (optional)
1. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then add the cream of tartar and baking soda. Whip until stiff peaks form.
2. Separately, whip egg yolks, salt, cream cheese and Splenda until the yolks have nearly doubled in size.
3. Fold the two mixtures together, being careful not to overmix. The resulting “dough” will be frothy and liquid.
4. Plop spoonfuls of dough on a pre-greased baking pan – make the individual “buns” as big or as small as you’d like, but keep in mind they expand as they cook. I made mine about the size of hamburger buns.
5. Bake at 300 F for around 30 minutes, or until they puff up, turn golden, and look like the ones pictured.
Enjoy!
i’ve been laughing at this for like 8 minutes straight

You are fierce. You’re a survivor. You’re a fighter through and through. Little brave, breathe. There is a warrior within you.
