Lights, camera, and smile! Today marks the anniversary of TS The Eras Tour's Europe opening night, and the first time we experienced the TS TTPD set! 👏
IT WAS RARE, I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love you thinking Tim McGraw was on the setlist, I love you moment we realized the show was gonna be over 3 hours long, I love you excitement and confusion before Taylor explained we were going "one Era at a time" and thinking we were just at Loverfest(???), I love you Taylor looking around in awe and being choked up the entire first half of the show, I love you watching her entire brain chemistry change before our eyes, I love you first dive into the stage that made the whole crowd gasp in complete horror, I love you Taylor crying during Marjorie because the whole experience of honoring her grandmother like that in a stadium moved her so much, I love you collective meltdown during Vigilante Shit. I love you scrolling Tumblr after and seeing how many cool details I'd missed from my seat. I love you comparison videos between opening night and later in the tour, and seeing how nervous she was even though she felt so together and confident and perfect in the moment. I love you eras opening night you have the most special corner of my heart.
It was a core memory, once-every-few-lifetimes kind of of experience that I will NEVER take for granted I was lucky enough to be a part of 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
