Thank you!!! Unfortunately, I won’t be writing any more Shane/Sophia stories. But I AM right in the middle of another Shane Daniels story! If you like M/M romance, Star Burst is my newest baby. It is a collab featuring my version of Shane, and my friend’s fantastic farmer OC, William. (It’s very different in tone than Stars, but it’s another long, angsty, hurt/comfort journey for sure. You guys might remember seeing some of the pixel art I received from Bunny for A Long Time Looking at Stars. She’s followed us to the new Shane/William fic and is making MORE art and it’s so beautiful T_T

(same anon) and for once in my life I didn't skip paragraphs and jump all over the page? i'm normally so bad at that but you kept me so connected with the characters and the storylines felt so real! normally I hate side family drama in fics because it feels so fake and I never follow along but you integrated it so perfectly and it's three days later now but I'm still gushing about it and I've reread at least half of it, wow. this is definitely in the top 3 fics i've ever read

(Not positive if you’re the same anon I just replied to last time if so yay! If not my apologies.)Man, the family stuff was something I came to appreciate so much more as I went. Stars started with just “Slow burn love story” in mind, but it was impossible to dig into the heart of their issues (especially Shane’s drinking and mental health) without also digging into how it effected the people close to them.

My current fic, Star Burst, excites me because I knew from the start that I wanted to dig deeper into Shane’s family stuff. So this time we get way more of Marnie, Jas, and the whole ranch family, and it’s integrated even stronger from the beginning.

D A M N. I pulled an all-nighter and dedicated many more hours of studying for uni to reading your Shane x Sophia fic and I'm honestly feeling pretty surreal. Sad chicken boi is becoming my fav SDV bachelor and you portrayed him so realistically, nothing felt forced or out of place. I really don't know how I should put it, it was simply amazing, I mean if you turned it into a movie, I'd buy an entire screening just for myself. Keep up the a m a z i n g work!

Ahhhhh thank you!! I wonder if, in general, a Stardew Valley movie would ever be on the horizon? I feel like a ton of people would be interested!
