ok idk if any of y’all were in the ljrp/dwrp scene back in the day but

i got a “11th anniversary on lj” (how has it been 11+ years) email for one of my rp journals the other day that got me re-reading some of my old threads and reminiscing

it’s weird bc i never actually swapped any contact info even with the people i used to thread with regularly, we’d just comment on each others’ posts and build cr without ever interacting out of character. and even though i didn’t know them, whenever i remember how much fun i had with them, i wonder what they’re doing now and hope they’re okay.

i was never a big name player and i haven’t been active in that scene since like 2014, but sometimes i miss it. i don’t think i could go back— i wouldn’t know where to start and i don’t think i could commit the kind of time to it now that i used to— but i really do miss it sometimes.
