Admittedly I don't know what it is (although the provided graphic was very helpful), but Gisella could probably manipulate a depressed psionopath into working for her (if ruy is unavailable) then bam, force field. She probably could ally herself with some ogres or dwarves as well and get them to burrow her out of there, making her disappear into the night, leaving everyone to think she's dead or something.

Occ: The thing is, those probably won't work because with the dwarves/ogres the CBU-97 will still see you underground and an EFP can definitely penetrate as deep as one could dig given the short time span. But even if it couldn't, this is a human technology meaning most elves (and even humans) probably have never heard of it, let alone prepare for an attack by one.

As for the Psionopaths, I doubt one could deflect an EFP. This is because a Psionopath's force field likely has a point in which it would break, I say this because we know that a more powerful blue force field exists, and they wouldn't need a more powerful one if the previous could withstand anything.
