This is a private, independent ROLEPLAYING blog for ENMA KOZATO of the Katekyo Hitman Reborn series!

Default timeline is after the series' culmination, but will adapt to any scenario provided!

I prefer not to interact with minors.

Shipping is based on chemistry, muse is considered demieverything.

重力| | While conversation wasn't exactly his strong suit, neither was walking. Or ... maybe he wasn't much good at being alive, really. That was why his silence was hopefully one of companionship, as he listened to her speak. It was by preference, of course, as her voice was uplifting, kind and anything she spoke of, while at times the subject flew straight past his comprehension, it was still very... upbeat? Progressive? Her many interests, talents and insights were almost comforting, in a way. This was why a pause caused him to slow, then halt, an instinctive palm shooting out at the same time inscriptions etched themselves in front of each eye; A hint of flame at his brow as the earth itself refused to meet her before the boy could gently but firmly circle her wrist within his grasp. Gravity returned to normal in an instant, his expression solemn as he mostly concentrated on not falling after the fact, pulling just a bit to ensure she could remain on her feet. "Uh - sorry, are you ok?"

重力| | Aggressive confidence had always been his forest guardian's most prominent trait - a way of survival, no doubt, as they desperately attempted to navigate through their.. less than comfortable lives. It was something he relied on and hoped to hear, but rarely were his own accomplishments anything remarkable enough to warrant much but a harsh reprimanding - he knew, of course, that behind those harsh words was care, and that Kouyou likely wouldn't bother saying anything at all otherwise. He was their boss, after all, for all that was worth. So as soon as his guardian opened his mouth, there was the smallest grimace forming at the Decimo's lips, subtly preparing for volume and irritation... "....huh?"

... a remark of praise..? As though he had done well? "....t-thank you...?"

Looks like a simple statement and two wingbeats was all it took to send the dogs running away. Byakuran lets his wings dissipate into smoke after a third, leaving behind plenty of stray feathers floating to the ground. Some land there before turning to wisps of smoke on impact, others simply turn to puffs in mid-air.

"If you ask me, it's weirder that someone's dogs are loose this late."

It seems like Enma-kun and Tsunayoshi-kun really are similar - humble to a fault. It's already endearing. He was too fixated on the latter to pay much attention to the former when they were first in the same room... a distant acknowledgment at most, given that they all had the same time-sensitive issue to deal with. He's never had the chance after that.

Byakuran steps to the side, drops to rest on his ankles, and looks over Enma much like a surgeon looks at a patient on an operating table. Hmm… it won't be difficult at all. He offers a hand despite being at a similar height from the ground.

"Here, let me help you." ♪

重力| | A distinct solemnity shifted to a hint of wonder as the movement caught his eye, following each feather as it neared its departure into the dirt; Flames of each colour, mirrored but differing from his own and his family's.. the sky looking down upon the earth - no, watching over? Was it the same for this man? Was he anything like others who boasted that particular fire? Either way.. the wings..they were kind of pretty, weren't they? His mind wandered askance for a little too long, leaving him gawking even after he had already been extended aid, ensuing a sharp glance down toward the offered palm with a visible startle. "I - ah - you don't have to. You've helped enough, right?"

Still, despite protest, it seemed far more awkward to just leave it there, and so he tentatively extended an arm with a strangely concentrating expression, and took a less-than-firm grasp of his savior's hand. "Maybe they were strays...? I didn't really check."

Haru was very concerned by the blood, or she was going to assume it was blood. She recognized Enma, and that made her all the more concerned. She’s seen how Tsuna-san and the others would come back hurt, so she was worried for Enma as well.

“Mostly a dog… so some of this wasn’t a dog? Or a dog hybrid?”

Either this called for the expertise of the resident UMA afficionado, or it was some weird mafia thing again. They seemed to have weird animal friends.

“Hahi? Oh, yes. Haru is Tsuna-san’s friend, but also his aspiring future wife!”

How embarrassing to say that out loud, but it’s true! She aspires to be his future bride and there was no sense in pretending otherwise. She starts rummaging through her bag. With how clumsy Tsuna and Lambo could be, she had a habit of carrying a small first aid kit with her, for just in case.

“We should probably get you checked out. If that blood is yours, then you could be at risk of an infection.”

She was hoping he wasn’t at risk of bleeding out either.

重力| | What a uniquely warm presence. Soft and caring without a hint of judgement or reproach - it wasn't something he often had the chance to indulge in, not that his beloved family weren't without their own compassion; Their way of survival had simply hardened them in distinct ways, and so it was... refreshing, if he could say so, to see a genuine expression and such a.. wow.. bold declaration. "He'd be lucky, I think, you're really kind."

Ah. Hadn't meant to say that out loud. Oh well, he was used to making a fool of himself. A glance down as she looked through her things, a curious kilt of the head, before shaking his head with a bit of a wince. "Mm, I don't want to go to the hospital, if that's what you mean - I'll be alright. It looks worse than it is, probably. I, uh.. 'mostly a dog', because this is actually from me falling."

There was hesitation in his tone, as though he wasn't quite sure of the damage himself, returning his gaze downwards as the palm covering the wound shifted to pull his shirt up just enough to reveal an ostensibly bloody, but shallow scrape.

重力| | Recognition by proxy, a bit by final battles, some by emphasis from his oath-born friend; They hadn't exactly spoken much during those hectic trials, and he only found out later that this was the man who had fixed Kaoru's panicked mistake. In that regard, he owed him thanks. In others, he would likely be reprimanded for not taking the prior fate of the future into consideration when responding. Bearing in mind the decisions he himself had been capable of, there wasn't much reason to judge - people were cruel, and people with power were often clinical in their methods. It wasn't surprising anymore. Staring up in despondent fascination, rune-etched sclera reflected the fellow mafia boss similar to how a deer would gaze upon oncoming traffic. He lay on his back, currently, a bit roughed up but otherwise not deathly injured, as the growling of two dogs began to cease; They backed up immediately upon the man's arrival, and as soon as he spoke, turned tail and ran. "It's not like I could hurt them, even if they hate me. Uh.. thank you..? It's weird anyone is out this late, though."

He mumbled from the dirt, unwilling to move just yet.

重力| | A comforting presence could also prove frustrating; Knowing she was nearby would always ease his dispirited heart, while at the same time knowing his lack of impetus would once again burden her always made him pause. This time, as usual, misfortune had followed him, here in the form of those who saw his withheld demeanor as weakness, and for some reason unbeknownst to him, human nature tended to want to tear weakness apart. He could fight, of course, but why stoop to their level? It would benefit no one to know they had power, it would just bring others hoping to prove something. It wasn't that bad, it wasn't even rival mafioso, just a few roaming bullies who thought he was too small and fragile looking to be left alone. A few scratches here, a bruise there, a bit damp for some odd reason, but overall, nowhere near the worst he's ever endured. "Ah.. wait - half of this? It's just from me falling down the river bank.. I tried to run. I'm fine, they were just some punks." Hoping to appear cool and confident, he would slowly fumble to a standing position, only tripping once in his attempt.

重力| | Everyone agreeing was one thing, but did it have to be a puppy? Dogs weren't exactly fond of his existence. Arguing with the 'sad' part seemed counter-intuitive. So did talking at all.

重力| | Fear was such a funny thing; By all accounts, it should simply help one survive the trials and tribulations of the day, but in the hands of a person, it always became something much more volatile. If it was known they were strong, they would be targeted all the same, if they continued the farce of weakness, it was at least easier just to simply take some damage and move on. He rested idly against the stone of fences that separated the homes of the neighborhood, taking a moment to catch his breath and ponder existence, a palm pressed firmly over a section of midriff that was fairly saturated in crimson - only to startle visibly upon the exclamation, akin to a rabbit freezing by a hawk's call. "Ah - ! Ah.. yeah." Peering up and sideways, there was a pause as odd pupils reflected her - this was.. oh. "It was a dog - uh, mostly a dog. I'm fine, though.. anyway.. you're .. Tsuna-kun's friend, right?"

There is a distinct recollection of vegetable cosplay, that he can't quite recall was a dream or not.

As he wraps his hands up for training Koyo's mind drifts. This hasn't happened often. Especially now but at the back of his mind those hands being wrapped were questioned.

重力| | A subtle glance askance - then down to where he was silently regarding some magazine, then up again... ah, it was still happening. Surely it would stop if it was ignored, that look of concentration, as though his Forest guardian was actually thinking. The hesitation to speak of course didn't stem from a lack of concern, it was just.. would he.. even appreciate being asked? There was a deep, audible breath from where he sat, and, while less likely to be perceived by normal human hearing, the young boss finally spoke; "Are - are you ok?" There, it was done.
