Dagny Templar

She’s one of the cutest sims I’ve ever had born in-game! As the youngest of a family of 11, and the youngest Generation 3 sim of the Aventyr Legacy, she wouldn’t have even been born if her Dad’s 10 kid want fulfilled (by a glitch I think). Personality-wise she’s a bit of a blank slate; just your regular happy teen born into a loving family. It’s nice to play sims like that when you have other such crazy characters in the Legacy *cough* Ivar *cough*

Ivar got abducted by aliens as a teen. Since then, his obsession with extraterrestrials has escalated. You can usually find him lurking the roof of his dorms, peering through the night-sky with his rusty old telescope. When he’s not looking to get beamed up he’s hidden away in his room, hunched over an electronic device he’s taken apart and is putting back together for the sake of it. His room smells of a mixture of cheesy pizza and cleaning spirits.

I found the banner via google images, it says it was from tumblr but when I click the link it just leads me to the ‘black and white banners tag (which is a lot of banners, let me tell ya) so I’m afraid I’m unable to credit the original artist, but if anyone knows which wonderful human (or extraterrestrial) made the banner then feel free to let me know! 👽

• Leif and Ivar Templar dive into College life • 

They are children 7&8 of the 11-kid Templar family, and are triplets. Their sister Gyda decided not to attend College, so it’s just the two of them for 4 years.

Leif considers himself an esteemed fellow, always dressed to the nines with his fiery hair perfectly coiffed. Don’t mistake him for being stuck-up, however-- growing up in a large family meant that he helped raise his younger siblings, dirty diapers and all. He’s not sure what kind of major he should take yet, but any career path where he can be his own boss would be his dream.

Three words to best describe Ivar: Antisocial Alien-Mad Techie. (There’s a hyphen so that’s technically 3 words right? ;P) A longer bio will come in a photo-set I’ll soon be sharing 👽

Frejya and Zandr Hyperes moved here recently, as their twins Flora and Sage turned into toddlers. There’s lots of room for the girls to grow, and Zandr can finally start the garden he’s been dreaming of.

This makeover is a request by @glabeglarn, I should choose an apartment, and I hope I did it well. 😂 The apartment has 4 apartments, each apartment has two floors and 1-3 bedrooms. I decorated/ set up every apartment with an other color.

So much has happened with the Aventyr family since I last posted about them! I’ce tried to compile the big events and drama into this one mega-post. None of these events are ‘scripted’ (the fire, deaths, cheating were all a surprise) and the engagements/babies were a result of sims’ wants/ACR choices. I enjoy playing in a more organic way; it’s fun not knowing what could happen next!

Has anyone experienced this strange glitch before?

Many of us have dealt with the awful pink flashing by now, but what about white and red?!

Sometimes when I tab out, all the objects in my game turn white and the sims turn red. There’s no flashing though, and I have to restart the game. It began happening recently, so it maybe an update to my GPU affected it?

I can’t think of why this happens, but if anyone has an idea, it would be interesting to know!
