Hi! They are based on both the war novel and the film(s) called The Unknown Soldier! They are about the Continuation War from the viewpoint of the Finnish soldiers.

#My art is mostly a bit comical and parodic from the originals #but mostly why I am drawing those character is to study the characters in a visual way and how the story could be told in comics style

Tulikuuma konekiväärinvaippa painui sihisten hankeen sulattaen lunta tieltään. Vesi yhtyi helmistä pieneksi noroksi, joka hiljaa alkoi virrata lumesta paljastuneella juolukanlehdellä. Pari niukkaa veripisaraa värjäsi sen punaiseksi. Ne tipahtivat Lahtisen korvasta, jonka juuresta luoti oli mennyt sisään.
